Mi Sorpresa en estos 60 días de Reto-Morphosis [Esp - Eng]

Definitivamente, mi experiencia se hace más agradable durante cada etapa de este gran reto personal, hoy es otro día especial para mí dado los resultados que he obtenido al alcanzar los 60 días de cambio de vida. Era algo que necesitaba urgente y gracias a nuestros amigos Edmundo y Eddie, con la creación de esta iniciativa, encontré esa motivación adicional que me funcionado muy bien.

Definitely, my experience becomes more enjoyable during each stage of this great personal challenge, today is another special day for me given the results I have obtained by reaching the 60 days of life change. It was something I needed urgently and thanks to our friends Edmundo and Eddie, with the creation of this initiative, I found that extra motivation that worked very well for me.

Estos dos meses han sido maravillosos, he asumido un cambio en mi alimentación y mis actividades, considero que el ritmo sostenido en mi día a día ha Sido determinante. Es algo que va más allá del resultado de hoy, porque sencillamente me siento bien, me siento feliz y con energía positiva. Me da risa cuando a la hora de cenar, mi esposa me sirve mi comida saludable, mis hijos le dicen: mi papá no va a comer arepa porque está a dieta ja,ja,ja.

These two months have been wonderful, I have assumed a change in my diet and my activities, I consider that the sustained rhythm in my day to day has been decisive. It is something that goes beyond today's result, because I simply feel good, I feel happy and with positive energy. He disfrutado mucho cuando la balanza arrojó la lectura de mi peso corporal actual de 87,75 kg. Jamás imaginé que lo lograría antes de la fecha propuesta por los creadores de la comunidad (3 meses); y eso es muy reconfortante. En el tiempo que queda por delante, quiero tonificar en base a ejercicios físicos, porque es el siguiente paso. Haciendo un poco de memoria, los pesos que he marcado en cada presentación han sido: 93,05 - 92,15 - 91,30 - 89,50 y hoy 87,75; eso suma la cantidad de 5,30 kg perdidos.

I really enjoyed it when the scale read my current body weight of 87.75 kg. I never imagined that I would achieve it before the date proposed by the creators of the community (3 months); and that is very comforting. In the time that lies ahead, I want to tone up based on physical exercises, because that is the next step. Estos son mis datos actualizados en la calculadora virtual "Dieta de la zona", las medidas están allí y de 107 cm he bajado una talla más, con 106 cm en el área abdominal. Quizás no parezca mucho, pero el beneficio a nivel de mi organismo y en el aspecto mental, son muy significativos.
