Hola amigos de la comunidad de #SWC Hoy vengo ah traerles un video para fortalecer la zona abdominal, Una rutina completa de abdomen adonde trabajaremos en el suelo como tambien en las tablas, Es una rutina muy eficiente para nuestras vidas. La puedes hacer en el parque oh en la casa ya que no se necesita de mucho para poderla realizar ademas de que no son tantos ejercicios, La rutina esta conformada por tan solo seis ejercicios en parte seria la mitad en el suelo y la mitad en las tablas, Espero que les haiga gustado mucho la rutina y les haiga servido de mucho Saludos.
