Papaya is a very popular fruit and vegetable all over the world for its taste and nutritional value. Papaya has a lot of different nutritional value. Papaya contains antioxidants Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, high in fiber, carotenoids and low in calories. It also has various nutritional properties.
Papaya contains carotenoids. Which is very beneficial for our eyesight. Moreover, it contains a lot of vitamin A. We all know that Vitamin A is very beneficial for eyesight. Vitamin A increases our eyesight. A papaya contains more vitamin A than a tomato or a carrot.
Moreover, papaya contains a lot of fiber. Which helps reduce high cholesterol levels. Again papaya helps in digestion and increases our appetite. Papaya also has many other nutritional properties.
