Greetings my dear Champions of #Hive and Full Sports how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you a very, very intense cardio routine in which we are going to be training the whole body.
For today's routine we are going to work as follows: 30 seconds for each exercise and we are going to be leaving only 20 seconds of rest between one exercise and another so that the routine is intense and since its objective is to burn fat we need to do it with the greatest energy and intensity possible! after performing the 4 exercises we will rest for 1 minute and repeat it again, we must do this routine 4-5 times so that we can notice changes in the short term, as they go through the routine if they feel that 20 seconds of rest is not enough they can take a little longer but the idea is to have only 20 seconds of rest so that the routine is effective with a good intensity.

• Ejercicio #4: Sentadillas Extremas: 30 Segundos | 20 segundos de descanso.
• Exercise #4: Extreme Squats: 30 Seconds | 20 seconds of rest.
