Welcome everyone back to another contact with the satellite of full sports, which is a space designed for followers of sport in all its disciplines, either nationally or internationally, today I will present a video of a shoulder routine consisting of 5 exercises, it should be noted that the routine comprehensively work with dumbbells, the exercises you will see are: dumbbell press, lateral raises, front raises, the famous bird flight that serves for the back of the shoulders and finally for the trapezius we are going to do the good exercise called shrug, this routine can be done in an estimated time of 45 minutes approximately, do not forget that before starting any routine as easy as it may seem, you must do a good stretching and warm up, it is really necessary to do it in the best way, in the same way you should consume water during the workout to maintain hydration, so without further ado let's start with the routine.
The routine begins with the dumbbell press, here as in all the exercises we will be working with 4 sets of 10 repetitions respectively, then move to the second movement, which are the lateral raises with dumbbells, I must remember that should be done with extreme care, to avoid the occurrence of painful injuries in the lower back, then we move to the third exercise which are also elevations, but this time in a frontal way, in this way we will be working the most visible area of the shoulders, then we will work the back of the shoulders with elevations in an inclined manner or that exercise is also known as the bird or bird flight, and finally we will do shrugs to thus stimulate the trapezius, these would be the exercises that would be making up this wonderful routine, I hope you like it and that very soon you are applying it, either in gyms or in their respective homes.
