Cantar la música llanera no es algo tan fácil.
Se puede notar fácilmente al escuchar mi interpretación de la canción, la herencia del canoero de Francisco Montoya y la que el mismo artista canta. Es difícil interpretarla.
Pero después de practicar, pude lograr un interpretación aceptable.
Me quito el sombrero delante de todos esos artistas venezolanos de la canta criolla, que con esas composiciones hacen que ame mas a mi Venezuela.
Esta canción también se la escuché por primera vez a mi suegro, Armando Olivo, conocido como el Caicareño.
Después tuve la oportunidad de escuchar el tema original, que comparto con ustedes en La voz de Francisco Montoya, conocido según este video, como el TIgre de Payara.

Singing llanera music is not something so easy.

Francisco Montoya, nació en Payara, municipio Pedro Camejo del estado Apure en Venezuela, un 18 de julio de 1943.
Fue un espléndido cantante, y fantástico contrapunteador.
Grabó muchos de esos contrapunteos, recibió premios como el Florentino de oro en 1983.

Francisco Montoya was born in Payara, Pedro Camejo municipality, Apure state, Venezuela, on July 18, 1943.
He was a splendid singer and fantastic contrapunteador.
He recorded many of those contrapunteos, received awards such as the Florentino de oro in 1983.
