elevaciones de tuck: 4 a 6 reps/ 4 series/descanso de 2 minutos
supermans: 10 a 12 reps/ 4 series/ descanso de 2 minutos
aguantes en tuck o en adv tuck: 10 a 15 seg/ 4 series/ descanso de 2 minutos
Pull-ups: 6-8 reps/ 4 sets/ 2-minute rest, Tuck Raises: 4-6 reps/ 4 sets/ 2-minute rest, Supermans: 10-12 reps/ 4 sets/ 2-minute rest, Tuck Holds or in adv tuck: 10 to 15 seconds/ 4 series/ 2-minute rest
