    Friends of full Deportes greetings jonathan from Manaus Brazil, we are still active exercising and today I bring you a very practical routine because it does not require weights, only a movement of legs and head and arms, it is important to remember that before performing any routine we must perform our warm up because the body is in a passive state and we can suffer an injury, if you have any questions you can leave it through a comment. And to warm up let's start with this routine which is very good and you can perform 2 or even 3 times a week.

    Amigos de full Deportes les saluda jonathan desde Manaos Brasil, seguimos activos ejercitandonos y el día de hoy les traigo una rutina muy práctica ya que no requiere de pesas, solamente de un movimientos de piernas y cabeza y brazos, es importante recordar que antes de realizar cualquier rutina debemos realizar nuestro calentamiento ya que el cuerpo está en un estado pasivo y podemos sufrir una lesión, si tienes alguna duda puedes dejarla a través de un comentario. Y para entrar en calor vamos a comenzar con esta rutina la cuál está muy buena y puedes realizar 2 o hasta 3 veces por semana.

    Es importante que, además de entrenar la zona abdominal, dediques tiempo y esfuerzo a quemar grasa corporal. Y para ello, nada mejor que ponerse unos zapatos deportivos y salir a correr o a montar en bicicleta.
