#Hive and SWC! I'm Joan Fernandez, SWC athlete. Today I share with you a training and strengthening set for forearms and wrists. I've been thinking a lot about doing this post on this topic and today, is the right day. I focus this post on the forearm, part of the human arm that goes from the elbow to the wrist, because all the exercises are to strengthen this part of the body.
La importancia de hacer este tipo de entrenamiento es que nos proporciona fortaleza en nuestras manos lo que nos permitirá optimizar el agarre en la barra y evitará sobretensión en el codo y muñecas; por otra parte, mejorará y aumentará nuestra fuerza.
The importance of doing this type of training is that it provides us with strength in our hands, which will allow us to optimize our grip on the bar and avoid over-strain in the elbow and wrists; on the other hand, it will improve and increase our strength.
