Esta es mi actual rutina de front lever y es la que me está ayudando a progresar, tenía dos semanas sin hacer rutina de front y he perdido un poco de resistencia, lo bueno es que mejore la postura.
This is my current front lever routine and it is the one that is helping me to progress, I had two weeks without doing a front routine and I have lost a little bit of resistance, the good thing is that I improved my posture.
Las repeticiones de front lever me están costando más de lo debido al descuido de dos semanas, pero el front lever pegado a la barra si me sale mejor. En esta rutina hago 4 series por ejercicio y las repeticiones que se puedan hacer.
