Hola a todos amantes de la comida y seguidores de mi canal, espero se encuentren muy bien, vuelvo después de casi un mes de ausencia ya que estuve guardando reposo por haberme enfermado hace unas semanas, todo indicaba que me había contagiado con Omicron una variante que le sigue al Covid-19, fui al medico y me hice unas pruebas pero todo salió negativo gracias a Dios así que solo fue un susto de una virosis que me enfermo, pero ya estoy recuperado así que nuevamente a comenzar a estar al tanto con la plataforma y con ustedes mis amigos, para esta ocasión les quiero traer una receta de vegetales salteados que hice, una delicia, muy facil de preparar asi te consideres malo para la cocina jajaja, espero les guste amigos.
