La lean plancha es un ejercicio para empezar a entrenar, antes de sacar la full plancha o la estraddle plancha, es un ejercicio que nos va a ayudar a ganar mucha fuerza en los hombros.
The lean plank is an exercise to start training, before doing the full plank or the straddle plank, it is an exercise that will help us to gain a lot of strength in the shoulders.
