Hive Open Mic | Week 189 | My Perspective | Cover | Mi Perspectiva

Hello friends of the Hive Open Mic! We have reached 189 weeks of our global music gathering and it has been a wonderful experience to make so many friends in the process. This time we gathered around the theme "My Perception" an excellent proposal by @gemafreya1234, to whom I send a big hug in the distance and who invites us to express ourselves through our way of seeing life. I particularly think that I chose a song that represents me at this moment and that fits perfectly with the weekly theme.

¡Hola amigos del Hive Open Mic!. Hemos llegado a las 189 semanas de nuestro encuentro musical global y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa hacer tantos amigos en el proceso. En esta oportunidad nos reunimos en torno a la temática "Mi Percepción" una excelente propuesta de @gemafreya1234, a quien mando un gran abrazo en la distancia y que nos invita a expresarnos a través de nuestra manera de ver la vida. Particularmente creo que elegí una canción que me representa en este momento y que encaja perfectamente a la temática semanal.

My Perspective, this is a song by Italian Laura Pausini from her 2005 album Listen. It is my favourite album of hers, besides her greatest hits album, and besides her awesome lyrics I like it because there is a very rock sound and feelings of discomfort and liberation in most of the songs. I never thought I would sing this song, it wasn't a promotional single, but I remember the album starts with this powerful release and expression of perspective. It speaks of a healing process, albeit with a hidden discomfort that is what makes us learn from our mistakes and deal with the people and events that hurt us. I am happy to sing it for the Hive Open Mic before the end of this year, which I have considered will be unforgettable in my life; I don't know if for good or bad, but as the year that changed My Perspective on Life.

Mi Perspectiva, esta es una canción de la italiana Laura Pausini de su álbum Escucha de 2005. Es mi disco favorito de ella, además de su álbum de grandes éxitos, y además de sus impresionantes letras me gusta porque hay un sonido muy rockero y sentimientos de molestia y liberación en la mayoría de las canciones. Nunca pensé que cantaría esta canción, no fue un sencillo promocional, pero recuerdo que el disco comienza con esta potente liberación y expresión de la perspectiva. Nos habla de un proceso de sanación, aunque con una molestia escondida que es la que nos hace aprender de nuestros errores y a lidiar con las personas y los eventos que nos hacen daño. Me alegra cantarla para el Hive Open Mic antes de concluir este año, el cual he considerado que será inolvidable en mi vida; no sé si por bueno o por malo, pero sí como el año que cambió Mi Perspectiva sobre La Vida.

I have left the lyrics in the video itself, which I recorded with my Tecno Pova II and edited with Shotcut. The images were edited with PhotoDirector. I hope you all like it and I recommend you to look for the original version of Laura Pausini, it is an excellent song and in fact it is a collector's album. I dedicate the video to my sister @maitt87, not because of the lyrics of Mi Perspectiva, but because she is a Laura fan and I thought she would be singing it this week. You were missing here my friend ❤️

La letra de la canción se las he dejado en el mismo video, el cual grabé con mi Tecno Pova II y edité con Shotcut. Las imágenes las edité con PhotoDirector. Espero sea del agrado de todos y les recomiendo que busquen la versión original de Laura Pausini, es un tema excelente y de hecho es un álbum de colección. Le dedico el video a mi hermana @maitt87, no por la letra de Mi Perspectiva, sino porque es fan de Laura y llegué a pensar que la cantaría esta semana. Hiciste falta por aquí amiga ❤️
