Hive Open Mic Week #187 || A Cover of Come Holy Spirit @jesus-son [Eng/Esp]

Hello Hive Open Mic Week #187, my name is @jesus-son and here I come with an interpretation for the beautiful theme chosen this week. "A peaceful song"- on this, I thought deeply. It means that there are songs that are not peaceful. I had thought that since music is something like a food for the soul, then all musics are peaceful. But now my understanding has changed after a brief deliberation on this theme. Thanks to our artiste of the week for this opportunity to better my knowledge.

I came to realise that not all songs are peaceful being that there are different types of musics. There are musics that are aimed at mocking another person. This is very common among the secular singers. When they have issues among themselves, they sing to "beef"(mock) one another. In this case, the song is not peaceful, hehe. Morealso, songs targeted at ridiculing the government seem to me as not peaceful; and some others.

Talking about peace, it is a basic necessity for a joyous living. There is a saying in my culture that anyone who is never at peace, will likely die before his time. By implication, peaceful living keeps one healthy and prolong life span.

At the moment in the world, we actually need the preaching of peace. This is because we see wars going on around the countries in the world. The famous Ukrain vs Russian war is a good example. In the midst of chaos, people live in fear and become unproductive and also it result to loss of lives. Thus, it does no good to fight but does great good to be at peace. It is on this note that I urge us to promote peace among ourselves in our neighborhood and indeed anywhere we find ourselves.

The song I bring you is the song that invites the Holy Spirit to take possession of existence. I see the Holy Spirit as that Sweet Agent of peace. Thus, this song titled "Come Holy spirit" for me, becomes very fitting for the theme of the week. It felt quite peaceful producing this and I hope that the feeling of peace may radiate your being.

hola Hive Open Mic Week #187, mi nombre es @jesus-son y aquí vengo con una interpretación del hermoso tema elegido esta semana. "Una canción pacífica", pensé profundamente en esto. Quiere decir que hay canciones que no son pacíficas. Pensé que, dado que la música es algo así como un alimento para el alma, todas las músicas son pacíficas. Pero ahora mi comprensión ha cambiado después de una breve deliberación sobre este tema. Gracias a nuestro artista de la semana por esta oportunidad de mejorar mis conocimientos.

Me di cuenta que no todas las canciones son pacíficas siendo que hay diferentes tipos de músicas. Hay músicas que tienen como objetivo burlarse de otra persona. Esto es muy común entre los cantantes seculares. Cuando tienen problemas entre ellos, cantan para "burlarse" unos de otros. En este caso la canción no es pacífica, jeje. Además, las canciones destinadas a ridiculizar al gobierno no me parecen pacíficas; y algunos otros.

Hablando de paz, es una necesidad básica para una vida feliz. Hay un dicho en mi cultura que dice que cualquiera que nunca esté en paz probablemente morirá antes de tiempo. Por implicación, una vida pacífica mantiene a uno sano y prolonga la vida.

En este momento en el mundo realmente necesitamos la predicación de la paz. Esto se debe a que vemos guerras en todos los países del mundo. La famosa guerra entre Ucrania y Rusia es un buen ejemplo. En medio del caos, la gente vive con miedo y se vuelve improductiva y esto también resulta en la pérdida de vidas. Por lo tanto, no sirve de nada luchar, pero sí mucho estar en paz. Es en este sentido que nos insto a promover la paz entre nosotros en nuestra vecindad y, de hecho, en cualquier lugar donde nos encontremos.

El canto que les traigo es el canto que invita al Espíritu Santo a tomar posesión de la existencia. Veo al Espíritu Santo como ese Dulce Agente de paz. Así, esta canción titulada “Ven Espíritu Santo” para mí, se vuelve muy apropiada para el tema de la semana. Se sintió bastante pacífico al producir esto y espero que el sentimiento de paz pueda irradiar su ser.

Les traigo esta portada con alegría. Espero que le des algún significado mientras canto y toco el piano. Dios lo bendiga
