Hive Open Mic Week #157 || A Cover of You are the same by Sinach @jesus-son || [Eng/Esp]

Hello Hive Open Mic Week #157, my name is @jesus-son and here I am with my participation fot the weekly challenge in which we are to reflect on the theme which translate in English as "to the God we worship ". It is indeed a lovely theme which affords music lovers the opportunity to navigate around several genres of music.

I have always talked about things in relation to God and for now, I have not seen anything to convince me otherwise than following our God to whom all my worship and adoration belongs. Experiences have taught me to stick with God and these experiences are so diverse that it would take a big volume of writing to fully express.

I agree with all those who had reflected in their posts that people should be allowed to express their faith and belief in whatever they choose. It is indeed the right thing. This is because belief is a subjective thing of which one believes in that which he or she is convinced to be authentic. For those of us who believe in God, we do so because of some testimonies and experiences over time. In like manner, those who believe in some idols or perhaps ancestral spirits do so also base on some convictions in their capacities to help them.

Thus, everyone has a belief in something superior to him whether directly or indirectly and it is appropriate to respect one's belief and not force a belief on one. However, we can talk to someone about our own belief with the intention of conversion but if the fellow does not see reasons to accept, then he should be left alone.

In this post I wish to express my belief in the almighty God to whom I express my acts of praise and worship every time I sing a gospel song. God has been faithful to me and it is evident even in my ability to play and sing for you here.

I decided to do a cover of the song by the Nigerian Gospel artiste, Sinach. The song is titled, "you are the same". It is a song that describes the Chriatian God as one who never changes but remains the same yesterday, today and forever. In appreciation to this God who never change, the artiste decided to worship Him.

It is a beautiful song produced in the style of reggae. I decided to also do it using the reggae beat from my piano. Eventhough it doesn't sound like the original version but I hope it serves and represents, lolz.

I am grateful to God for the ability to do something like this and I thank you all for always being supportive of me. God bless you all and since we are still in the season of Easter, I say a very happy Easter to you.

hola Hive Open Mic Week #157, mi nombre es @jesus-son y aquí estoy con mi participación para el desafío semanal en el que debemos reflexionar sobre el tema que se traduce en inglés como "al Dios que adoramos". De hecho, es un tema encantador que brinda a los amantes de la música la oportunidad de navegar por varios géneros musicales.

Siempre he hablado de cosas en relación a Dios y por ahora no he visto nada que me convenza de otra cosa que no sea seguir a nuestro Dios a quien pertenece todo mi culto y adoración. Las experiencias me han enseñado a apegarme a Dios y estas experiencias son tan diversas que se necesitaría un gran volumen de escritura para expresarlas por completo.

Estoy de acuerdo con todos aquellos que han reflejado en sus publicaciones que se debe permitir que las personas expresen su fe y sus creencias en lo que elijan. De hecho, es lo correcto. Esto se debe a que la creencia es algo subjetivo de lo que uno cree en lo que está convencido de que es auténtico. Para los que creemos en Dios, lo hacemos por algunos testimonios y experiencias a lo largo del tiempo. De la misma manera, quienes creen en algunos ídolos o tal vez en espíritus ancestrales, también lo hacen sobre la base de algunas convicciones en sus capacidades para ayudarlos.

Por lo tanto, todo el mundo tiene una creencia en algo superior a él, ya sea directa o indirectamente, y es apropiado respetar la creencia de uno y no forzar una creencia en uno. Sin embargo, podemos hablar con alguien sobre nuestra propia creencia con la intención de conversión, pero si el compañero no ve razones para aceptar, entonces debe quedarse solo.

En esta publicación deseo expresar mi creencia en el Dios todopoderoso a quien expreso mis actos de alabanza y adoración cada vez que canto una canción del evangelio. Dios ha sido fiel conmigo y es evidente incluso en mi habilidad para tocar y cantar para ustedes aquí.

Decidí hacer una versión de la canción del artista gospel nigeriano, Sinach. La canción se titula, "tú eres el mismo". Es un cántico que describe al Dios de Chriatian como uno que nunca cambia sino que permanece igual ayer, hoy y siempre. En agradecimiento a este Dios que nunca cambia, el artista decidió adorarlo.

Es una hermosa canción producida al estilo del reggae. Decidí hacerlo también usando el ritmo reggae de mi piano. Aunque no suena como la versión original pero espero que sirva y represente, jejeje.

Estoy agradecido con Dios por la capacidad de hacer algo como esto y les agradezco a todos por apoyarme siempre. Dios los bendiga a todos y como todavía estamos en la temporada de Pascua, les deseo una muy feliz Pascua.
