Hive Open Mic Week #155 || Our bond is in DNA @jesus-son (Original) || [Eng/Esp]

Hello Hive Open Mic Week #155, my name is @jesus-son and in this post, I bring you my participation for this week's theme DNA which was proposed by the music gods, hehe @stickupboys.

This theme spurred me to go into something I haven't done for a long time and that is to create something original. It is indeed an interesting topic and I am glad I was able to rack my brain and produce something worth while.

I thought of the world and the great evil which is ravaging the foundation of the world (racism) and went ahead to compose the song titled "Our bond is in DNA". Talking about DNA, I know it is connected with genes and blood. However, I wouldn't delve into a wholistic expose before I will make some blunders, haha. Biology is not my thing and so I run away from it, hehe. But I love religious and philosophical themes. I welcome them and can attempt to argue around them.

With my little knowledge of DNA, I composed this song in which I connected the DNA with blood covenant. The song generally is about marriage. A guy was to get married to a lady who is not from his race. The lady is from the West while he is from the East. The guy's mother refused because she is not of the same race with them. She doesn't have their colour. For her, she is of a different breed of the human person therefore she is not qualified to be a part of their family.

The guy said he can't do anything about it because their bond is in DNA meaning that they did a blood covenant to stick to one another for life. But the mother wouldn't want to understand and concluded that the lady must have charmed him and therefore she would call the priest and He will pray for him and deliver him. But the guy insisted that nothing can be done for their bond is in DNA and that is why they can't be separated.

Many a time I wonder what it is that separate a race from another. It is just colour and perhaps geographical boundary and language. But it is still the same human person. The grounds for racism for me is just so irrational. We are humans of the same origin from a creator. We ought to live as one and shun every act of discrimination for race and colour.

With this music, I make a clarion call for us to advocate for unity in diversity and shun every evil of racism.

hola Hive Open Mic Week #155, mi nombre es @jesus-son y en este post les traigo mi participación en el tema DNA de esta semana que fue propuesto por los dioses de la música, jeje @stickupboys.

Este tema me impulsó a adentrarme en algo que no hacía desde hace mucho tiempo y es crear algo original. De hecho, es un tema interesante y me alegro de haber podido devanarme los sesos y producir algo que valga la pena.

Pensé en el mundo y en el gran mal que está asolando los cimientos del mundo (el racismo) y seguí adelante para componer la canción titulada "Nuestro vínculo está en el ADN". Hablando de ADN, sé que está conectado con los genes y la sangre. Sin embargo, no profundizaría en una exposición holística antes de cometer algunos errores, jaja. La biología no es lo mío y por eso le escapo, jeje. Pero me encantan los temas religiosos y filosóficos. Les doy la bienvenida y puedo intentar discutir a su alrededor.

Con mi poco conocimiento del ADN, compuse esta canción en la que relacioné el ADN con el pacto de sangre. La canción generalmente trata sobre el matrimonio. Un chico se iba a casar con una dama que no es de su raza. La dama es del Oeste mientras que él es del Este. La madre del chico se negó porque no es de la misma raza que ellos. Ella no tiene su color. Para ella, ella es de una raza diferente a la persona humana, por lo tanto, no está calificada para ser parte de su familia.

El tipo dijo que no puede hacer nada al respecto porque su vínculo está en el ADN, lo que significa que hicieron un pacto de sangre para mantenerse unidos de por vida. Pero la madre no quiso entender y concluyó que la señora debió encantarlo y por eso llamaría al sacerdote y Él oraría por él y lo libraría. Pero el chico insistió en que no se puede hacer nada porque su vínculo está en el ADN y por eso no se pueden separar.

Muchas veces me pregunto qué es lo que separa a una raza de otra. Es solo el color y quizás el límite geográfico y el idioma. Pero sigue siendo la misma persona humana. Los motivos del racismo para mí son tan irracionales. Somos humanos del mismo origen de un creador. Debemos vivir como uno y evitar todo acto de discriminación por raza y color.

Con esta música, hago un llamado de atención para que aboguemos por la unidad en la diversidad y evitemos todos los males del racismo.
