Hello dear friends, here I want to speak about politics and finance. The title of my video is the influence of politics on finance. First of all, finance has to do with the management of funds.

Either directly or indirectly, politics has great influence in the inflow and outflow of income in a given state. Thus, the topic "the influence of politics on finance" is a valid one.

Politics is concerned with government activities. That is just the summary of it. It encompasses, the election of government bodies, the making of policies and execution 9f policies, etc. In this video I shall base my discussion on the political and economic systems of government which greatly affect finance.

Among the systems of government in a sate we have the socialist system and capitalist system. We also still have the mixed system which is a combination of socialism and capitalism.

Socialism is an economic system of government in which the production, distribution and exchange of goods and services is in the hands of the government of the state. By implication, only the government has the right to own industries and infact any estaishment for making money. In this case, we will have only government hospitals, schools, banks, etc.

The advantage is that the services will be readily available to the masses at all times. But there may be inefficiency.
On the other hand, there is also the capitalist system which is a system in which the production, distribution and exchange of goods and services are in the hands of private individuals

In this, there is more efficiency because of the competition that exist among owners of enterprises. But then it could lead to exploitation of the masses by fellow man. However, I think the best is the mixture of the two theories.
