Hive Open Mic Week #188 || A Cover of Blowing in the wind [Eng/Esp]

Hello Hive Open Mic week#188, my name is @jesus-son and here I am with my participation for this week with the theme fly and dream. Hmmm, to be Frank, it was very difficult for me to arrive at what to bring forward here. However, it is a good thing that at the end, here we are, hehe.

Searching through my song library for a suitable song for this week, I could only arrive at the song which I bring you and which makes me go into deep reflection each time that I listen to it. It is a song very popular in my church. It is sung mostly during the dismissal of the mass, thereby calling on all to go into a deep reflection as they walk home.

The title of the song I bring is "Blowing in the wind". It is a song that raises some ultimate questions of which their answers are said to be blowing in the wind. By implication, the answer is right before you but only if you can see it and behold it. It calls for a deep reflection of life.

I am particularly touched by the part of the lyrics that asks how long will it take for a man to be free. But then the answer still remains that the answer is blowing in the wind. I tend to interprete it in two senses. One, is that the choice is ours to make to be free or not. We are humans and can make ourselves slaves to people or things or be free from them. For instance, for a person who is an addict of drug or sex, his freedom form such addiction is up to him to decide and work towards it.

But then on the other hand, there are slaveries that are really beyond the power of the victim and to be free from the grips, there is need for the benevolence of the masters. It is on this that the masters in the world are called upon to look upon their so called slaves and see them as peoole like themselves and allow them have their freedom. Let us be ministers of freedom and peace.

I bring you this cover with joy and a message of freedom. Let us be free to fly to our dreams in life.

hola semana #188 de Hive Open Mic, mi nombre es @jesus-son y aquí estoy con mi participación para esta semana con el tema volar y soñar. Hmmm, para ser Frank, fue muy difícil para mí llegar a qué traer aquí. Sin embargo, es bueno que al final aquí estemos, jeje.

Buscando en mi biblioteca de canciones una canción adecuada para esta semana, solo pude llegar a la canción que os traigo y que me hace entrar en una profunda reflexión cada vez que la escucho. Es una canción muy popular en mi iglesia. Se canta principalmente durante la despedida de la misa, convocando así a todos a entrar en una reflexión profunda mientras caminan a casa.

El título de la canción que traigo es "Blowing in the wind". Es una canción que plantea algunas preguntas fundamentales cuyas respuestas se dice que están en el viento. Por implicación, la respuesta está justo ante ti, pero sólo si puedes verla y contemplarla. Requiere una profunda reflexión de la vida.

Me conmueve especialmente la parte de la letra que pregunta cuánto tiempo tardará un hombre en ser libre. Pero la respuesta sigue siendo que la respuesta se la lleva el viento. Tiendo a interpretarlo en dos sentidos. Una, es que la decisión de ser libres o no es nuestra. Somos humanos y podemos hacernos esclavos de personas o cosas o ser libres de ellas. Por ejemplo, para una persona que es adicta a las drogas o al sexo, su libertad respecto de dicha adicción depende de él para decidir y trabajar para lograrlo.

Pero, por otro lado, hay esclavitudes que realmente están más allá del poder de la víctima y para liberarse de las garras se necesita la benevolencia de los amos. Es por esto que los amos del mundo están llamados a mirar a sus llamados esclavos y verlos como personas como ellos y permitirles tener su libertad. Seamos ministros de la libertad y la paz.
