Hive Open mic week 136, I am known as @onos-f and as always, it is a privilege being here this week exploring the theme of 'LET'S ROCK'. To rock entails grooving and having fun. However, the questions is, how can one groove and have fun if he does not feel safe or secured? I believe so strongly that one can only rock peacefully and confidently when he feels protected. As such, for this week, I am bringing to you a song titled 'ROCK OF AGES CLEFT FOR ME'. The choice of this song is premised on the belief that Christ who is the rock of ages is the most reliable source of security that can guarantee us the safety and security we need to Rock. Theologically, this song is a prayer asking for protection in Christ who is the rock of ages. A particular line of this song which captures my attention so vehemently is: 'Rock of Ages cleft for me let me hide myself in thee'. Is that not beautiful? When we feel protected then we can rock and roll ☺

Hive Open mic semana 136, me conocen como @onos-f y como siempre, es un privilegio estar aquí esta semana explorando el tema de 'LET'S ROCK'. rockear implica bailar y divertirse. Sin embargo, la pregunta es, ¿cómo puede uno divertirse y divertirse si no se siente seguro o protegido? Creo firmemente que uno solo puede rockear en paz y con confianza cuando se siente protegido. Como tal, para esta semana, les traigo una canción titulada 'ROCK OF AGES CLEFT FOR ME'.
