    Before I go to the next subject, let's talk about muscle building. I've learned that anyone who wants to build muscles, especially a beginner, has to start their weight lifting with a very light KG to avoid injuries while working out. In the video attached to this post, I tries something earlier this week at work. I would have called it a Kang squat but I can't call it that because my posture was different. Maybe there is a name this is called, you can let me know after watching the video.

    A lot of people want to burn belly fat and tone up their bodies but that can't be done by merely saying I will do it later or do you need motivation? The truth is that at times in life there is usually a time when nothing motivates you to be the best you can be and when you get to that you shouldn't give up but know that you have yourself. Be your motivation and achieve your goals.
    There are stomach exercises that can help burn belly fat which everyone can do during their free time; we have the side planks, bicycle crunches, boat pose, and many more.
    These stomach exercises help burn belly fat and tone the stomach in the process. Who doesn't like a nice-looking stomach? Hehe

    While exercising, it is important to make healthy living seriously. Most people would think that it only involves our physical and mental health. In summary, when we say healthy living, we are talking about our lifestyle, a lifestyle that helps us lower the risk of being seriously ill or dying early.

    Let's relate this to the talk about stomach exercise. You want a nice-looking stomach and you're eating a heavy dinner? It would almost be like a waste of time. That's why it's important to consciously focus on living healthy even as these exercises help our overall body system.
    Stay healthy by drinking a lot of clean water to keep you hydrated, exercising regularly, avoiding sugar, maintaining a good body weight, eating more vegetables and fruits, and choosing healthie
