**Greetings friends of this great community @espavlog welcome back to a new content that refers to all the two (02) of November each year in eastern Venezuela where it is commemorated in the communities of the Kariña Indigenous ethnic group the "Akaatompo" for my pleasure to bring you my experience with them by #hive and #3speak.

**I was invited by the governor of the indigenous community Kariña Potrero Lebardo Rodriguez where I kindly approached to record and experience firsthand a tradition where it is the first time that takes place in this community. The Potrero Indigenous community is located in the country of Venezuela, Monagas State, Ezequiel Zamora Municipality.

**This community is being refounded by women and men of the Kariña ethnic group who are descendants that maintain the legacy day by day with their autonomous economies that they still maintain. They have a trail that will soon be inaugurated for the population of the municipality, it has springs, streams and passes within the hills that belong to the indigenous territory.

**"Akaatompo" previous day of the dead, this is how the Kariña call it to make a kind of family ritual with songs, fruits, tours through each house and food to remember their loved ones (past ancestors), the most outstanding thing that is done is to leave a light (velon) in each head of house so that the deceased loved ones come to the home and accompany the existing family.

**This ancestral activity culminates in sharing eating all the foods mentioned above, especially the corn parboiled with sugar, is much to tell about the tradition, customs and customs in a summarized way I show you in the video I hope you enjoy it.
