¡Bienvenidos a mi blog una vez más, chicos! El día de hoy me voy a unir a una iniciativa conocida como #FeedBack Initiative, propuesta por @theycallmedan y @votovzla para poder conocer la experiencia de los usuarios, creadores, curadores y demás personas que hacen vida dentro de la Blockchain de Hive.

Welcome back, guys! Today I'm going to join to the #FeedBack Initiative, proposed by @theycallmedan and @votovzla to be able to know the experience of users, creators, curators and other people who make life inside the Hive Blockchain.

Mi sugerencia | My suggestion

Desde hace tiempo, he expresado muchas veces mi descontento con el tema de la comunidad hispana y la falta de interacción entre las publicaciones; siempre he hecho hincapié en el hecho de que estamos de cara a una Red Social por lo que hace falta que trabajemos aún más el Factor Social para poder lograr que nuestra comunidad se vuelva aún más sólida.

Este punto lo dejaré más detallado en el vídeo que subí a @threespeak, el cual pueden encontrar al principio de este post; la parte escrita la dejaré para hablar sobre el método que estoy utilizando para traer a mis amigos, conocidos y no tan conocidos a la plataforma.

For a long time, I've expressed my dissatisfaction with the issue of the lack of interaction between publications within the Hispanic Community; I've always emphasized the fact that we're facing a Social Network so we need to work even more on the Social Factor in order to make our community even stronger.

I'll talk about this point with more details in the video that I uploaded to @threespeak, which you can find at the beginning of this post; within the written part I'll be talking about the method I'm using to bring my friends, acquaintances and not so acquaintances to the platform.

¿Cómo atrae Ilazra a las personas hacia HIVE? | How does Ilazra attract people to HIVE?

Lo primero que hago antes de buscar personas para que adopten la plataforma es investigarlos, conocer sus talentos, sus pasiones, sus experiencias; si se preguntan el por qué de esto, es simple, esta plataforma amerita personas que le otorguen valor y ¿cómo se le otorga valor a la Blockchain de Hive? Con contenido que valga la pena consumir, sin importar si es contenido de entretenimiento o educación, todos tienen una manera de aportar su visión y su creatividad a la plataforma y eso los vuelve creadores de valor.

Ahora, luego de estudiar a los posibles candidatos que procedan a adoptar la Blockchain de Hive, me acerco con interacciones orgánicas hacia ellos basándome en sus reacciones hacia las publicaciones que comparto a través de mi Twitter, ya que, el simple hecho de que estén interactuando con mi contenido, implica que existe algún tipo de interés en el mismo, así sean solo fines de entretenimiento.

Al conversar con ellos, les ofrezco la información al respecto de la plataforma, les indico dónde crearse su cuenta, les envío todas las guías que he hecho yo, la guía para novatos de @votovzla, los increíbles post de personas muy talentosas dentro de la blockchain que también han dedicado su tiempo y espacio entre su planificación de publicaciones para guiar a los novatos y demás.

The first thing I do before looking for people to adopt the platform is to investigate them, to know their talents, their passions, their experiences; if you ask yourself the reason of this, it's simple, this platform deserves people who give it value and how do you give value to the Hive Blockchain? With content that is worth consuming, whether it's entertainment or educational content, everyone has a way to bring their vision and creativity to the platform and that makes them value creators.

Now, after studying the possible candidates that proceed to adopt the Hive Blockchain, I approach them with organic interactions based on their reactions to the posts I share through my Twitter, since the simple fact that they're interacting with my content implies that there's some kind of interest in it, even if it's only for entertainment purposes.

When I talk to them, I offer them the information about the platform, I tell them where to create their account, I send them all the guides I've made, the guide for newcomers of @votovzla, the incredible posts of very talented people within the blockchain who have also dedicated their time and space between their publication planning to guide the newcomers and so on.

Al llegar a la plataforma, @dimeshana, @elfranz y yo, emprendimos un pequeño proyecto —sin miras a volverlo una comunidad como tal— de crear un servidor de Discord que comenzó como un simple espacio para intercambiar opiniones y experiencias sobre el juego The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, pero decidimos también volverlo un espacio donde las personas conocidas por nosotros tuvieran un lugar para aprender a crecer en la plataforma.

Dentro de dicho servidor, tenemos los canales en la sección Hive Planninglos cuales cumplen una función importante con respecto al desarrollo de cada nuevo usuario de la plataforma que captamos a través de nuestras estrategias:

• hive-guides: En este canal, coloco todas las guías que considero de mucha utilidad para que los novatos puedan entender la plataforma.

• hive-communities: En este canal, le muestro a todas las personas del servidor todas las comunidades que conozco, en qué se basa cada comunidad, sus objetivos, su alcance, su tipo de contenido y demás, para que cada persona pueda encontrar su camino y su pertenencia dentro de la gran cantidad de segmentación de contenido que existe en la plataforma.

• hive-initiatives: En este canal, coloco las iniciativas que van sucediendo a lo largo del tiempo, como por ejemplo esta iniciativa, para que las personas dentro del servidor estén a la vanguardia y al día con lo que sucede en la comunidad.

• hive-resources: En este canal, le coloco material de apoyo a los usuarios para sus post, por ejemplo: repositorios de imágenes gratuitas y demás cosas que les sirvan a la hora de crear contenido.

• our-hives-posts: En este canal, las personas colocan sus publicaciones y a lo sumo las 3 personas con el rol más alto (Dragonborn —concepto de Skyrim—) les dejamos comentarios a las personas con sugerencias o una palabra de aliento y de apoyo si el trabajo ya tiene calidad excepcional.

• hive-general-chat: Este canal es nuestro chat general para hablar sobre cosas de la plataforma.

• ginabot-commands: Tenemos un canal para configurar a nuestra querida GinaBot para recibir las notificaciones de la plataforma.

• comment-curation: Este canal fue una idea de @elfranz y mi persona, para traer publicaciones de personas externas a las personas que estuvieran dentro del servidor, esto con el fin de brindar un apoyo, ya sea con un comentario de apoyo o sugerencias dependiendo del caso, hasta otorgarle un voto de @la-colmena si el post cumple con todos los parámetros y se encuentra infravalorado.

When we arrived at the platform, @dimeshana, @elfranz and I, we undertook a small project —without looking to turn it into a community as such— to create a Discord server that started as a simple space to exchange opinions and experiences about The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, but we also decided to turn it into a space where people known by us would have a place to learn how to grow in the platform.

Within this server, we have the channels in the Hive Planning section that play an important role within the development of each new user of the platform that we capture through our strategies:

• Hive-guides: In this channel, I place all the guides that I consider useful for newcomers to understand the platform.

• hive-communities: In this channel, I show all the people on the server all the communities I know, what each community is based on, its objectives, its scope, its type of content and so on, so that each person can find their way and their belonging within the large amount of content segmentation that exists on the platform.

• hive-initiatives: In this channel, I place the initiatives that are happening over time, such as this initiative, so that the people inside the server are in the vanguard and up to date with what is happening in the community.

• hive-resources: In this channel, I put support material for users to post, for example: free image repositories and other things that help them create content.

• our-hives-posts: In this channel, people place their posts and at most the 3 people with the highest role (Dragonborn -concept of Skyrim-) we leave comments to people with suggestions or a word of encouragement and support if the work already has exceptional quality.

• hive-general-chat: This channel is our general chat to talk about things on the platform.

• ginabot-commands: We have a channel to set up our beloved GinaBot to receive notifications from the platform.

• comment-curation: This channel was an idea of @elfranz and myself, to bring publications from external people to the people inside the server, this with the purpose of giving a support, either with a support comment or suggestions depending on the case, until giving a vote of @la-colmena if the post meets all the parameters and is undervalued.

Las Alianzas en Twitter | Alliances on Twitter

Toda mi vida he escuchado dos frases que han sido claves en el éxito que he podido acarrear a lo largo de mi vida, las cuales son:

• «En la unión está la fuerza»
• «Los contactos son tu mejor posesión en la vida»

Al tener aliados, uno consigue los objetivos de una manera más eficaz y en este caso en particular como lo es la plataforma de HIVE, su nombre lo dice todo, estamos de cara a una «Colmena», es decir, debemos trabajar como abejas en una colmena para que la plataforma llegue a ser lo que todos sabemos que será en un futuro.

All my life I have heard two phrases that have been key to the success I have been able to achieve throughout my life, which are

• "Within the union is the strength"
• "Contacts are your best possession in life"

By having allies, anyone achieves the objectives in a more effective way and in this particular case as it's the HIVE platform, its name just say it, we're facing a "Beehive", so we must work like bees in a beehive so that the platform becomes what we all know it will be in the future.

Dedico mi perfil —el cuál tiene 163 seguidores y va en aumento continuo— a darle visibilidad al trabajo que realizan las personas en todo el mundo que utilicen el tag #hive, sin importar si no está en español el contenido; me he dedicado a crear lazos bastante fuertes con muchas personas anglosajonas para poder ser una referencia al momento de lograr buenas alianzas entre la comunidad anglosajona y la comunidad hispana.

I dedicate my profile —which has 163 followers and is continuously increasing— to give visibility to the work done by people all over the world who use the #hive tag, no matter if the content is not in Spanish; I've dedicated myself to create quite strong ties with many people in order to be a reference when it comes to achieving good alliances between the English-Speaking community and the Hispanic community.

Me he sentido increíblemente motivado por el trabajo que está realizando @nathanmars con la iniciativa #Hive5, así que he decidido formar parte para crear una red de marketing y difusión de buenos creadores venezolanos para lograr mayor visibilidad en otras comunidades.

Todos los días realizo muchas interacciones con Nathan y él me motiva demasiado por su increíble dedicación, pasión y entusiasmo para con la comunidad, así que he decidido realizar esta iniciativa todas las veces que sea posible mencionando siempre 5 personas diferentes para lograr el cometido de otorgar mayor visibilidad a autores poco conocidos o conocidos que tal vez no se han encomendado a adentrarse en comunidades fuera de las conocidas.

I've been incredibly motivated by the work @nathanmars is doing with the #Hive5 initiative, so I've decided to be part of creating a marketing and outreach network of good Venezuelan creators to achieve greater visibility in other communities.

Every day I've many interactions with Nathan and he motivates me a lot because of his incredible dedication, passion and enthusiasm for the community, so I've decided to carry out this initiative as many times as possible, always mentioning 5 different people to achieve the goal of giving more visibility to little known authors or authors who perhaps have not been entrusted to go into communities outside the known ones.

Marketing «Boca a Boca» | "Word of mouth" Marketing

Siempre estoy realizando un trabajo de Marketing «Boca a Boca» en mis momentos en lo que no estoy en la computadora; este trabajo consiste en simplemente hablarle a las personas sobre la plataforma contando tu propio testimonio.

En este momento estoy preparando material para realizar charlas a negocios y emprendimientos para que puedan monetizar sus servicios y reciban pagos en HBD y Hive, muchos vecinos que tengo cerca de donde vivo ya están buscando un poco más de información sobre la plataforma y la Blockchain de Hive, al igual que muchos amigos míos con muy buenos talentos que le van a otorgar mucho valor a las mismas.

I'm always doing a "Word of Mouth" marketing job in my offline moments; this job consists of simply talking to people on the platform by telling your own story.

At this moment I'm preparing material to give talks to businesses and entrepreneurs so they can monetize their services and receive payments in HBD and Hive, many neighbors that I've near where I live are already looking for further information about the platform and the Hive Blockchain, as well as many friends of mine with very good talents that are going to give a lot of value to them.
