INTRODUCCIÓN - INTRODUCTION
Howdy to all friends of Hive and of SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, this time I bring you a compilation of 5 exercises that will help you to have Front Lever.
En lo personal éstos ejercicios me han ayudado a fortalecer mucho el front lever, como muchos saben es mi punto débil y gracias a éstos ejercicios he podido fortalecerlo.
Éstos ejercicios me fueron recomendados por varios atletas que tienen un buen nivel de Front Lever y poniéndolos a prueba noté que me sirvieron muchísimo y ahora decido compartirlo con ustedes.
Personally these exercises have helped me to strengthen my front lever, as many know it is my weak point and thanks to these exercises I have been able to strengthen it.
These exercises were recommended to me by several athletes who have a good level of Front Lever and putting them to the test I noticed that they helped me a lot and now I decided to share them with you.
