Well, I recommend you warm up your muscles and joints by doing dynamic or movement exercises and short stretches. Since this way we will prepare our muscles and joints involved to perform exercises that demand a lot of strength and if our muscles are not prepared or hot and active to perform such exercises, they can be torn or injured in some way.
1.- Movilidad en los miembros inferiores(pies, rodillas) |

3.- Brief stretching of the lower limbs |
4.- Mobility in the upper limbs (Wrists, elbows, shoulders) |
5.- Brief stretching of the lower limbs |
6.- Mobility in the neck |
7.- Mobility while on the bar |
Movement exercises are the most important for a good warm-up.
