Hola mi querido y gentil lector les deseo un excelente fin de semana. AllΓ Γbamos a reunirnos con el grupo de Hivers para comenzar con #hiveRun en el estado Monagas Γbamos un poco tarde y decidimos desayunar en la calle. Luego nos reunimos y vimos que el sol estaba fuerte asΓ que decidimos cambiar el lugar donde tenΓamos previsto hacer el trote, del paseo aerobico nos mudamos al Parque la guaricha y de verdad que fue la mejor decisiΓ³n que tomamos ya que dentro del parque estamos seguros tanto del sol como de los vehΓculos y su contaminaciΓ³n.
En lo personal siempre me ha gustado trotar, icluso cuando trabaja estaba de guardia en taladro y tenia el turno que terminaba a las 6:00 pm me colocaba mi short y camiseta para salir en las inmediaciones del taladro a ejercitarme era todo una rutina que tenia los siete Γ³ diez dΓas que me tocaba la guardia de dΓa; cada vez que lo hago siento como mis pensamientos se liberan, me llegan nuevas ideas y despuΓ©s mi cuerpo se siente agradable.
Tenia bastante tiempo que no lo hacΓa quizΓ‘s desde que comenzΓ³ la cuarentena y pues al finalizar una que otra vez salΓa a pasear con los cachorros πΆ a un estadio que esta cerca de donde vivo, hacia un trote leve como de 2 vueltas y eso era todo porque los cachorros se cansaban y para no llevarlos cargado hasta la casa mejor paraba. Esto lo hice una vez cada 2 mes o algo asi; ahora me siento mucho mΓ‘s contento debido a que vamos a ser un grupo que tendremos para hacer la rutina y quien sabe mΓ‘s adelante participar en una competencia local o regional.

Personally I have always liked jogging, even when I was on duty at the drill and I had a shift that ended at 6:00 pm I put on my shorts and shirt to go out in the vicinity of the drill to exercise it was a routine that I had the seven or ten days that I had the day shift; every time I do it I feel like my thoughts are released, I get new ideas and then my body feels nice.
I hadn't done it for a long time, maybe since the quarantine started and at the end of it, once or twice I went for a walk with the puppies πΆ to a stadium that is near where I live, I did a light jog of about 2 laps and that was all because the puppies got tired and in order not to carry them loaded to the house, I stopped. I did this once every 2 months or so; now I feel much happier because we are going to be a group that we will have to do the routine and who knows later on participate in a local or regional competition.
