Hello lovelies. how are we doing? Well I hope we all are good and healthy.

In regards to this week's theme "Cacao", I will be presenting to us a. known song, it's a popular song. titled "I know that I can make it" by Kirk Franklin.

From my research, Cacao is a dried fermented, fatty seed of the fruit of a South America evergreen tree, that is used in making Cocoa, chocolate and Cocoa butter.
People mostly use Cocoa for heart diseases and High blood pressure.

Chocolate is also an excellent source of energy. Medically, taking chocolate is especially beneficial, cause it contains many antioxidants and minerals that improve overall Health.
In other words Chocolates is taken to connect with oneself intentionally and sometimes it's a good feeling.
This particular reason prompted me to choose this song for this week.
Once you connect with your self, alot of memories will always come around and looking back to all the terrible experiences that we've had, this song will definitely go a long way for us. The Wordings of the song alone can keep you going.

We have our own experiences and this song reminds us that no matter what may come our way, our lives is in God's hands, even though all our friends may be gone. There's a friend in Jesus cause he will always wipe our tears away within a twinkle of an eye.
