MONEY ART: BARDOCK DRAGON BALL Z ACRYLIC PAINTING [ENG-ESP]

Hello dear friends, I hope you are all well, on this occasion I want to share with you a short video of how I made a painting of the Saiyayin warrior Bardock, Goku's father, continuing with a series that I am doing on banknotes of the most famous characters. famous from this anime series. This is in figure number 4 that I made of Dragon Ball Z, in this case I have painted the Bardock from the TOEI version since it was recently changed to a new version of Akira Toriyama, however, personally I like the old version better . Hope you like.

Hola queridos amigos, espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un video corto de como realicé una pintura del guerrero Saiyayin Bardock, el padre de Gokú, continuando con una serie que estoy haciendo en billetes de los personajes más famosos de esta serie de animé. Esta en la figura número 4 que realizo de Dragon Ball Z, en este caso he pintado el Bardock de la versión de TOEI ya que recientemente fue cambiado a una nueva versión de Akira Toriyama, sin embargo, personalmente a mi me gusta más la vieja versión. Espero que les guste.

As has been a habit now for me, I use as canvas the Venezuelan bills that are worthless to paint, since I like their designs and apart from that it is very fun to give them a new shape and usefulness. I used some brown bills and on top of them I made the Bardock silhouette that I then painted with white paint, this to be able to make the lines better, since it is easier to paint on a white background.

Como ha sido una costumbre ahora en mi, utilizo como lienzos los billetes de Venezuela que están sin valor para pintar, ya que sus diseños me gustan y a parte de eso es muy divertido darles una nueva forma y utilidad. Utilicé unos billetes de color café y encima de ellos hice la siluete de Bardock que luego pinté con pintura de color blanco, esto para poder hacer mejor los trazos, ya que es más fácil pintar sobre un fondo blanco.

Then I made the lines inside the drawing with a pencil, as you can see it is much easier when it is blank and it is less likely that the design we are drawing will be deformed in any way.

Luego hice los trazos del interior del dibujo con lápiz, como pueden ver es mucho más fácil cuando está en blanco y es menos probable de que el diseño que estamos dibujando quede de alguna manera deforme.

I start, now! to paint, in this case I start with the skin, Bardock has a different skin tone than Goku, one theory of mine is that this is because the sun on planet Earth is different from that of the planet of the Saiyans, or it was just that at artist painted it that way because he wanted to. Beyond that, I made the tone different and then I marked the muscles.

Comienzo, ahora si! a pintar, en este caso comienzo con la piel, Bardock tiene el tono de piel diferente a Gokú, una teoría mía es que esto se debe a que el sol del planeta tierra es diferente al del planeta de los saiyayin, o solo fue que al dibujante lo pintó así por que quiso. Más allá de eso, pues hice el tono diferente y luego fui marcando los músculos.

Then I start to paint the hair, when I do that the drawing begins to take shape, it is impossible not to get excited when something turns out as I expected it to, it is enormously satisfying. So then I started painting part of the combat uniform that the Saiyayin soldiers wear.

Luego comienzo a pintar el pelo, cuando hago eso el dibujo comienza tomar forma, es imposible no emocionarse cuando algo te va saliendo como esperaba que fuera, es una enorme satisfacción. Así luego fui pintando parte del uniforme de combate que usan los soldados Saiyayin.

Finally I begin to outline all the edges of the drawing with a very fine brush and black paint. You could use a fine tip marker, but it looks better with a brush, a manual job. Finally I painted part of the rock where Bardock is standing, this is how this painting turned out!

Por último comienzo a delinear todos los bordes del dibujo con un pincel muy fino y pintura negra. Podría usar un marcador punta fina, pero con el pincel queda mejor, un trabajo manual. Finalizando pinto parte de la roca donde está Bardock parado, así quedó esta pintura!

It is one of the consequences of the economic misfortune that happened in Venezuela, but you must always take the good out of the bad and never give up. Qué les parece el resultado? que opinan de la idea de usar billetes como lienzos? Es una de las consecuencias de la desgracia económica que sucedió en Venezuela, pero de lo malo siempre hay que sacar lo bueno y nunca darse por vencido. Eso lo aprendí de Bardock, quién murió luchando, aún cuando sabía que no ganaría.. Espero que le shaya gustado, no olviden comentar que les ha parecido, me despido hasta una nueva oportunidad.
