Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota today I bring you some simple but effective exercises to train the back lever and be able to master it.
El back lever es un ejercicio estático que cuesta mucho dominarlo al principio debido a que no estamos acostumbrados a la presión ni tampoco tenemos la fuerza suficiente en la lumbar para aguantarlo, sin embargo una vez que lo dominadas se vuelve bastante sencillo. Hoy trabajaremos con 3 ejercicios simples pero muy efectivos para dominarlo.
The back lever is a static exercise that is very difficult to master at first because we are not used to the pressure nor do we have enough strength in the lower back to hold it, however once mastered it becomes quite simple. Today we will work with 3 simple but very effective exercises to master it.
