4ta y 5ta visita de los alumnos de la Unidad Educativa Nueva Toledo y seguimiento en su Proyecto de Cultivo de Mejillones en Fragata de FIDAES [ESP/ENG]

Si estuve hablando mucho que me encantaba el entusiasmo al inicio de los muchachos del liceo Nueva Toledo del peñon en su proyecto final de grado que realiza en la estación de Fragata con el equipo de FIDAES, pero no se si esté igual y es preocupante ver como la asistencia ha disminuido, la verdad lo puedo entender al estar de vacaciones lo menos que quieren es trabajar, así sea en su proyecto final de grado, yo a su edad me los imagino pensando en descansar y su ropa o tradiciones familiares de estas fechas.

Hola gente de la comunidad de HIVE SUCRE por acá @eudarcabello y esta vez para contarles esta 4ta y 5ta visita de los alumnos de la Unidad Educativa Nueva Toledo y seguimiento en su Proyecto de Cultivo de Mejillones en Fragata de FIDAES he ya hecho un seguimiento de lo que ha sido trabajar con este grupo de estudiantes, espero sigan interesado de este camino que recorremos los estudiantes junto con la institución con la que trabajo.

El día martes acudieron solo cuatro estudiantes de los siente que debían ir, tambien fué una representante y debo aceptar que fué un dia fuerte del trabajo, para el post anterior se mostró mejor como realizabamos el sistema de flotación, tanto con bloques de animes y con las boyas de pesca, para esta solo se hizo a media uno de los flotadores de nuestro sistema flotantes de cultivo de mejillones, nos enfocamos ese día en extraer flotadores de las cuerdas de 1 pulgada, esta cuerdad es vital para este sistema de cultivo y es la que le dar el nombre con el que se le conoce de Long-line. Veremos si se logra por lo menos la instalación del sistema de cultivo para este año y asi la siembra y el resto para el nuevo año.

Debo resaltar que previo a todas estos talleres prácticos en que estan los estudiantes, yo mismo realicé un taller un poco más teórico con ayuda visual en powerpoint, esto fué lo que terminó de entusiasmar a los jóvenes a tomar este tema para su proyecto final de grado, si bien los muchachos estudian en el peñon, parece que la mayoria si vive en el municipio Bolívar y por eso es que se presta la estación de la institución donde trabajo y por lo pronto parece serles cómodo a ellos el traslado, para los trabajadores de Cumaná nos cuesta un poco, pero al tener personal del municipio Bolívar nos colaboran bastante ya sea a adelantar o como ya pasó antes estuvieron a cargo de ser ellos los instructores de la parte práctica de lo que solemos hacer para cultivar los mejillones

El viernes que es cuando posteo este material nos enfocamos solamente en la realización de nuestro sistema de anclaje para la Long-line, a estos anclajen solemos llamar muertos que son estructuras de cemento que ayudan a mantener la forma de línea y tambien impide que la marea se lleve nuestro sistema de cultivo, la verdad apenas realizamos cuatro de los 30 que se requiere para una Long-line de 50 metros, así que falta algunos, pero era importante lograr hacer los muertos. El hacer la mezcla con cemento es un trabajo más comun ver trabajar a varones y en el grupo de alumnos deberiamos contar con tres y esta vez solo fué uno, en cuanto las chicas esta vez fueron dos, espero sea la primera y última que vayan menos de la mitad de los alumnos que estan en este proyecto, por lo menos este pequeño grupo ya cuentan con un conocimiento mas práctico y experiencia en esta labor, esperemos sepan transmitir esta información a los que faltaron, igual todos tenían el fundamente teórico.

Aún faltaría bastante por hacer y así finalmente proceder a la elaboración y la instalación de la Long-line, para luego proceder a la siembra y cosecha de mejillones, es un trabajo fuerte y espero mejore la asistencia y vuelvan con el mismo entusiasmo que al inicio a lo que falta de su proyecto, el compañero y tambien Licenciado en Biología es el responsable como tutor y ya una vez finalizado el trabajo practico y mientras se esté engordando los mejillones, debemos pasar a la parte escrita del proyecto, yo sería el apoyo al no llevar ni un año en la institución o no tener tanto como Licenciado en Biología es lo mejor, tampoco creo que lo mío sea la docencia al igual que no creía lo mío fuera el área marina y siento pago todos mis karmas en esta institución, hasta estoy pensando hacer post grado en Biología Marina, así que espero colaboren y no den tanto trabajo, ya que para marzo se dice que inicia.

He hecho posts anteriormente sobre mi trabajo en FIDAES que si la cosecha y venta de mejillones, la participación del semillero científico para las escuelas y ahora para estudiantes finalizando su bachillerato donde serviremos como tutores en sus proyectos con cultivo de mejillones, también la presentaciones a comunidades y dos de ellas ya estan cultivando mejillones en acuerdo con nuestra institución, otra cosa que considero súper importantes es el webinar para dar a conocer nuestra institución a nivel nacional y hasta internacional con la Asociación Venezolana de Acuicultores y todas las presentaciones en cuanto a PowerPoint me han tocado hacerlas y en su mayoria hasta presentarlas, para el caso del Webinar si estuvo el presidente, la directora y el técnico Sergio Bruce quienes expusieron y nuestra directora para una de las comunidad fué quien presentó lo que hice en PowerPoint de camarones. De irle bien a este post de seguro traeré más contenido de estos temas, porque creanme que vienen cosas buenas y con suerte hasta se involucren con HIVE y hasta acepte HBD como pago a nuestros productos.
