La vida es un constante cambio. Y es que cuando nacemos, nadie nos da un manual de vida, para saber cómo vivirla.

Cuando nacemos, no nos preguntamos el por qué, mucho menos hacemos razonamientos de nuestro existir, simplemente vamos al ritmo que se nos dé y vivimos, tan solo eso, vivimos. A medida que pasa el tiempo, vamos aprendiendo cosas maracuya, viendo los colores, pero ya no solo por verlos e identificar algo, si no para apreciarlo, para elegir y decidir entre los matices.

Y a medida que pasan los años, lo que hacíamos tan solo por hacer, incluyendo el amar a otros, ahora toma sentido. Valoramos más a la familia, la amistad y a aquellos que nos aprecian de una u otra manera. El tiempo avanza tan rápido, que queremos detenerlo, porque ya amamos tanto vivir, que no queremos que se acabe el hecho de hacerlo.

Y es entonces cuando un día te miras al espejo y te preguntas, quién eres. Entonces debes decidir si amarte así o cambiar algo, mejorar algo, porque has notado que has dado cambios al igual que lo hace la vida, cambios constantes que te han definido como persona y que tan solo tú eres capaz de determinar tu verdadero ser.

Una de las cosas más valiosas que podemos tener, es ser auténticos. Ser simplemente tú mismo.

Life is a constant change. And when we are born, no one gives us a manual of life, to know how to live it.

When we are born, we do not ask ourselves why, much less do we reason about our existence, we simply go at the pace we are given and we live, just that, we live. As time goes by, we learn things maracuya, we see colors, but not just to see them and identify something, but to appreciate it, to choose and decide between the shades.

And as the years go by, what we used to do just for the sake of doing, including loving others, now makes sense. We value family, friendship and those who appreciate us in one way or another more. Then you must decide whether to love yourself like that or change something, improve something, because you have noticed that you have made changes just like life does, constant changes that have defined you as a person and that only you are able to determine your true self.

One of the most valuable things we can have is to be authentic. To simply be yourself.
