Y después de la anterior publicación en la que enaltecemos la fascinante pasión de difundir el deporte ciencia, ahora me complace compartir con la comunidad de FullDeportes, el ecosistema de HIVE en general y el mundo entro el análisis de cada una de las partidas que disputé en dicho torneo, acotando que no fue un buen torneo para mí, solo logré acumular un punto y medio ( 1 victoria + 1 empate), perdiendo 03 partidas. Pero mas allá de lo bien o lo mal que te vaya en un torneo, siempre es importante reflexionar sobre la base de lo que se ha jugado.

And after the previous publication in which we extolled the fascinating passion of spreading the sport of science, now I am pleased to share with the FullDeportes community, the HIVE ecosystem in general and the world the analysis of each of the games I played in the tournament, noting that it was not a good tournament for me, I only managed to accumulate a point and a half (1 win + 1 draw), losing 03 games. But beyond how well or how badly you do in a tournament, it is always important to reflect on the basis of what you have played.

En este orden de ideas, les traigo esta primera partida, donde admito que me sentí un poco confiado, pensaba que mi oponente era un jugador novato, sobre todo cuando al iniciar la ronda él mismo me comenta que nunca había jugado con reloj. Per nunca hay que confiarse, siempre hay que jugar de la mejor manera.

In this order of ideas, I bring you this first game, where I admit that I felt a little confident, I thought my opponent was a novice player, especially when at the beginning of the round he himself told me that he had never played with a clock. But you never have to be confident, you always have to play in the best way.

Uno de los aprendizajes que dejó esta apartida es en cuanto a la concepción estratégica de que si tenemos paraje de alfiles debemos en la medida de lo posible abrir la posición, o por lo menos evitar jugadas que la cierren. Y acá precisamente un momento donde se presentó esta cuestión, optando por la jugada “d5” que es una movimiento dudoso, era mejor apostarle al enroque largo.

One of the lessons learned from this game is the strategic conception that if we have a bishop position we should as far as possible open the position, or at least avoid moves that close it. And here is precisely a moment when this question arose, opting for the move "d5" which is a dubious move, it was better to bet on the long castling.

Y esto de no hacer el enroque largo al final pasó factura, el rey en el centro fue fuertemente castigado por mi rival, quien con una impresionante danza de caballos logró´ este doblete con el que perdía mi dama, y automáticamente me rendí.

The king in the center was strongly punished by my opponent, who with an impressive dance of knights achieved this doublet with which he lost my queen, and I automatically surrendered.

Cuando se pierde una partida hay que levantar rápidamente la moral, porque quedan muchas más y las mismas hay que disputarlas con toda la actitud, y así me dispuse a jugar la siguiente partida, enfrentando a un antiguo rival, que le he ganado en varias oportunidades, pero nuevamente me confié y esto no fue una buena idea.

When you lose a game you have to raise your morale quickly, because there are many more games left and you have to play them with all your attitude, and so I set out to play the next game, facing an old rival, whom I have beaten on several occasions, but again I was confident and this was not a good idea.

Uno de estos primeros actos de confianza excesiva fue en la apertura, donde hago la jugada “Ae7” en lugar de la natural “d5”, debido a esto el control central de las piezas blancas fue abrumador y me tocó ingeniarme muchos buenos movimientos que en el recurso audiovisual podrás disfrutar, todos estos movimientos encaminado a ayudarme a salir de esta incómoda posición.

One of these first acts of overconfidence was in the opening, where I make the move "Ae7" instead of the natural "d5", because of this the central control of the white pieces was overwhelming and I had to devise many good moves that in the audiovisual resource you can enjoy, all these moves aimed to help me out of this uncomfortable position.

Y afortunadamente lo logré, llegando incluso a la posición ganadora del diagrama siguiente, donde lamentablemente no ví una secuencia ganadora, materializada en reubicar mi alfil por la diagonal “h6-c1”, A veces caemos en esa visión túnel, que no nos permite ver mas alternativas y terminé aceptando las tablas por parte de mi oponente.

And fortunately I succeeded, even reaching the winning position of the following diagram, where unfortunately I did not see a winning sequence, materialized in relocating my bishop along the diagonal "h6-c1". Sometimes we fall into that tunnel vision, which does not allow us to see more alternatives and I ended up accepting the draw by my opponent.

En la siguiente partida llevaba las piezas blancas, y la vi como esa gran oportunidad para ganar y de hecho si que conseguí una posición ganadora, pero pasar por alto ciertos detalles estratégicos, lo que hace es originar el desaprovechamiento de importantes oportunidades.

In the next game I had the white pieces, and I saw it as a great opportunity to win and in fact I did get a winning position, but overlooking certain strategic details, what it does is to miss important opportunities.

Por ejemplo, en la posición del diagrama siguiente, era importante desprenderse del alfil del FIANCHETTO, y no dejarse guiar por ese dogma que dice “nunca cambies el alfil del FIANCHETTO si tu rival tiene un similar”. Vale destacar que esto funciona en muchas posiciones pero el ajedrez está lleno de excepciones, y en la posición específica que nos ocupa era justo y necesario cambiar el alfil del FIANCHETTO por el caballo de “d5”, para luego de abrirse la columna “e” emprender un ataque de torres por la columna en cuestión.

For example, in the position of the following diagram, it was important to get rid of the FIANCHETTO bishop, and not to be guided by the dogma that says "never exchange the FIANCHETTO bishop if your opponent has a similar". It is worth noting that this works in many positions but chess is full of exceptions, and in the specific position that concerns us it was fair and necessary to change the FIANCHETTO's bishop for the knight on "d5", and after opening the "e" column to undertake a rook attack on the column in question.

Aún así seguí luchando y mi rival se comenzó a descontrolar, llegué a la posición del diagrama siguiente, una posición totalmente ganada, y lamentablement elijo la peor jugada encerrando mi propia torre de “c6” con la jugada de llevar el caballo a ocupar la casilla “c5”. Still I kept fighting and my opponent started to get out of control, I reached the position of the following diagram, a totally won position, and unfortunately I chose the worst move by locking my own rook on "c6" with the move of taking the knight to occupy the square "c5". Con la moral un poco baja, me tocó jugar la cuarta partida, en esta ocasión con piezas negras, acotando que mi rival jugo peón de rey y yo respondí con la defensa Francesa, una defensa que vengo poniendo a prueba desde el año pasado.

With morale a little low, I had to play the fourth game, this time with black pieces, noting that my opponent played king's pawn and I responded with the French defense, a defense that I have been testing since last year.

Llegué a una posición bastante cómoda, y les comparto este momento para que reflexionemos de lo complejo que es el ajedrez; es impresionante cómo el hecho de mover peón “c6” ó peón “f6” marca la gran diferencia. En esta posición que se muestra en el diagrama tengo ligera ventaja, hacer la jugada “f6” era lo mejor, atentando contra la estructura central de peones del blanco, no obstante elijo la pasiva “c6” que condujo rápidamente a una posición igualada.

I reached a quite comfortable position, and I share this moment with you so that we can reflect on how complex chess is; it is impressive how the fact of moving pawn "c6" or pawn "f6" makes a big difference. In this position shown in the diagram I have a slight advantage, making the move "f6" was the best, attacking the central pawn structure of white, however I choose the passive "c6" which quickly led to an equal position.

Luego por la presión del tiempo comencé a cometer muchas imprecisiones, mi inteligencia se nubló por completo, al punto de no ver en la posición que sigue la jugada “Ta4” con la que se podía seguir resistiendo, puesto que el plan era sacrificar mi caballo por el peón pasado de “g5” y buscar coronar uno de mi peones del flanco dama.

Then due to the time pressure I began to make many inaccuracies, my intelligence was completely clouded, to the point of not seeing in the following position the move "Ta4" with which I could continue to resist, since the plan was to sacrifice my knight for the passed pawn of "g5" and try to crown one of my pawns on the queenside.

Finalmente en la ultima partida, llegó la victoria, en esta partida si vi todo bien claro, a parte que la defensa que eligió mi rival no fue bien jugada.

Finally in the last game, the victory came, in this game I saw everything very clear, apart from the fact that the defense chosen by my rival was not well played.

En la Defensa Benoni normalmente hay contra ataque típico en el flanco dama. Pero esto nunca pasó , lo que me permitió de forma muy sencilla tomar control de la columna abierta “e” que me llevó aganar peón, por lo que después no dudé en simplificar y entrar en un final con ventaja.

In the Benoni Defense there is usually a typical counterattack on the queenside. But this never happened, which allowed me in a very simple way to take control of the open column "e" which led me to gain a pawn, so that later I did not hesitate to simplify and enter an endgame with an advantage.

Ya en el final aproveché la mala ubicación del caballo de mi oponente, para forzar la coronación de mi peón, ante esta jugada mi oponente se rindió.

In the endgame I took advantage of the bad position of my opponent's knight, to force the coronation of my pawn, before this move my opponent surrendered.
