[Esp-Eng] Join me for a different kind of day 🌳🌼🍃

How are you feeling? I don't know if you are having days where you wake up in a low mood, a couple of days ago I woke up like this, I felt sad without knowing why, and at least half of my day was spent like this. Why be sad when you have great reasons to be happy? I had the will to want to help myself, so I went to do something that always helps me to lift my spirits, sit under a tree in a quiet place, let out all the sadness and recharge myself with energy.

Why sit under a tree? So far this activity has been therapeutic for me, it helps me to connect with God, with nature, to admire and be grateful for everything, from the smallest thing like an ant walking along the trunk of the tree to the highest thing like the branches that almost touch the sky, the birds singing, the flowers, the animals, the cool breeze that caresses me and tells me that everything is going to be ok.❤️‍🩹

After that I took the opportunity to record videos and take pictures, feeling a deep gratitude for who I am and for what surrounds me, I returned home and I could talk about what I was feeling, this also helps a lot, knowing that you are not alone. Life always has ups and downs in all its stages, let's decide to enjoy it, face it with courage, fill our hearts with the most beautiful feelings, our minds with positive thoughts and surround ourselves with loved ones.

I wish that somehow what I write today can help you to raise your spirits, to feel better and with reasons to live a different day, where you can be grateful, laugh and love.

¿Cómo se sienten? No sé si están teniendo días en los que despiertan con el ánimo bajito, hace un par de días yo desperté así, me sentía triste sin saber el porqué, y por lo menos la mitad de mi día lo pasé así. ¿Por qué estar triste cuando tienes grandes motivos para estar feliz? Tuve la voluntad de querer ayudarme a mi misma, así que fui a hacer algo que siempre me ayuda a subir el ánimo, sentarme debajo de un árbol en un lugar tranquilo, dejar salir toda la tristeza y recargarme de energía.

¿Por qué sentarme debajo de un árbol? Hasta ahora esta actividad para mí ha sido terapéutico, me ayuda a conectarme con Dios, con la naturaleza, a admirar y agradecerlo todo, desde lo más pequeñito como una hormiga caminando por el tronco del árbol hasta lo más alto como las ramas que casi tocan el cielo, el canto de las aves, las flores, los animales, la brisa fresca que me acaricia y me dice que todo va a estar bien.❤️‍🩹

Luego de eso me dí la oportunidad de grabar videos y tomar fotografías, sintiendo un profundo agradecimiento por lo que soy y por lo que me rodea, regresé a casa y pude hablar de lo que estaba sintiendo, esto también ayuda muchísimo, el saber que no estás solo/a. La vida siempre tiene altos y bajos en todas sus etapas, decidamos disfrutarla, afrontarla con valentía, llenar nuestros corazones de los sentimientos más bonitos, nuestra mente de pensamientos positivos y rodearnos de seres queridos.

Deseo que de alguna forma lo que hoy escribo pueda ayudarles a subir el ánimo, a sentirse mejor y con motivos para vivir un día diferente, donde puedan agradecer, reír y amar.
