Hola chicos, sean todos bienvenidos una vez al contenido de #blog en #hive. Tengo casi dos años como creador de contenido, esta faceta de mi vida empezó a gestarse en un momento ideal y el día de hoy quiero compartirla con ustedes . Antes de comenzar en #hive estaba cerca de culminar la licenciatura en informática, era líder de mi PFG (programa de formación de grado) esta es una posición dentro de las universidades que existe con el propósito de ser un enlace entre los estudiantes y el cuerpo docente, además de esto...ya tenía amplia experiencia como asistente de actores políticos, después de haber Sido ayudantía de Rafael Durán (viceministro de educación superior ciencia y tecnología) trabajaba con Dennis Guedes vicerrector de la universidad bolivariana de Venezuela, comisionado de seguridad nacional por el partido oficialista dentro de mi país y diputado de la asamblea por el estado portuguesa.

📹🐝 ¿De dónde vengo?🐝📹

Todas estas experiencias fueron muy enriquecedoras pero trabajar con políticos es un ambiente bastante complejo dónde muchas veces tuve que ser testigo de cosas que no me parecían correctas pero a estás personas les gustaba contar conmigo debido a que yo sé cuál es mi puesto dentro del trabajo, sé discernir cuándo es apropiado tener iniciativa, cuando no porque puede ser considerado como "tomar atribuciones que no me pertenecen" y sobre todo entendía la sujeción ante el líder, en este caso ante mi empleador.

He tenido la fortuna de que con mis 30 años de edad haber estado en círculos sociales cerrados, he pasado por bastante situaciones que cuando se las cuento a @Millyzev, al principio no me cree por lo increíble que son. Pero la vida 🐝 es un proceso, hoy estamos en un sitio y mañana no sabemos...

En mi país estalló la pandemia y esto hizo redireccionará mi vida...tuve que detener mi carrera universitaria pero también la profesional, la vida me estaba puliendo como a un diamante. En mi familia somos opositores, pero a yo veía la oportunidad de trabajar con estos personajes debido al crecimiento curricular...obvio que a mi familia no le gustaba lo involucrado que estaba, como salía de giras (viajes), gracias a esta experiencia pude conocer rincones hermosos de mi país. Pero todo cambió...nos mandaron a encerrarnos en casa y fue de esta forma que llegué a #hive... increíble como convertimos la adversidad en una oportunidad para crecer y prosperar en todas las áreas.

🐝¿Qué es el crecimiento en #hive?🐝

Pocas personas saben lo privilegiados que somos por tener la posibilidad real de monetizar...en redes tradicionales como tík tok, Youtube, facebook entre otras redes, podemos monetizar pero este proceso dentro de #hive, el poder de recompensas se encuentra en los usuarios a través de los votos...para mí el crecimiento individual pasa por tener conciencia del alcance del sitio donde estamos, lo que hacemos y su significado ¿Cómo crecemos en #hive? Cómo ya dije, teniendo conciencia...el saber que nuestra interacción no solo se limita a publicar y votar....sino mantenerse informado en la forma que se mueve la colmena...

En otras redes sociales el "like" es tomado con ligereza debido a que cuando es utilizado solo demostramos que por un periodo de tiempo, es decir, el momento que disfrutamos el contenido que al mismo tiempo puede ser muy breve ha hecho que presuntamente nos haya interesado...en #hive no sucede de igual forma, ya que nuestro voto tiene un valor determinado que repercute directamente en las recompensas (adquisición del token de #hive) que se traducen en dinero...ya hablo de productividad, de tiempo-hombre, esto quiere decir en el tiempo que le dedicamos a una labor, en este caso a crear contenido que a su vez hace que ganemos dinero. Nuestro comentario es un aporte sustancial tanto para la persona que lo está dejando como a la persona que va dirigido. Un comentario es también significado de apoyo, así sea un simple: "gracias por compartir" ya que a pesar de que no expresa mucho, ni demuestra lo suficiente, detrás del mismo hay una intención...tener conciencia de esto es necesario porque en la vida todo aporte no tiene que ser considerado con ligereza sino con mucha seriedad ya que no se trata de "sumar por sumar" se trata del enriquecimiento intelectual para ambas partes ...para la persona que deja el comentario es sin duda alguna tener receptividad por eso que estamos disfrutando y para el que lo recibe se traduce en apoyo...de reafirmar que el tema que está transmitiendo cumplió con la intención, llegar al sitio deseado .

Vuelvo y repito abejas que "aportar por aportar, o sumar por sumar" no es el norte adecuado para crecer en #hive...Siempre mantengo presente un contenido que en un momento determinado me hizo llegar @danielvehe dónde quedaba claro "qué es considerado como un contenido de calidad para proyectos de curación" no estoy seguro pero creo que este era el título de dicho contenido . Muchas veces puede ocurrir que olvidemos la esencia de #hive... Y es que para crear contenido la "dedicación" debe ser parte esencial de esto y se manifiesta en todas las áreas de un creador de contenido ....muchas veces sucede que juzgamos un libro por su portada y esto es muy injusto para el creador pero en ese punto ambas partes tienen responsabilidad...tanto para las personas a las que va dirigido el contenido como al creador de contenido. Pero esto lo voy a abordar desde el punto de vista del creador..."se debe demostrar el esfuerzo" esto quiere decir que hasta en la forma de mostrarlo, en el maquetado se debe demostrar el esfuerzo para que visualmente sea más agradable, en informática se le llama "amigabilidad". Estudiar de qué forma presentarlo, qué colores pueden ser utilizados...el NO abuso de las herramientas sino en estar en un perfecto equilibrio.

🐝Pero esto no llega solo hasta aquí...🐝

Es aquí donde quería llegar ya que en varias ocasiones he podido conversar con ustedes lo anteriormente expuesto...#Hive es una plataforma "colaborativa" dónde todos ganamos...esa es la gran diferencia con plataformas centralizadas... "¿Qué aporto a #hive y de qué forma lo hago?" Y esto lo voy a explicar utilizando de ejemplo a mi esposa @Millyzev y a su hermano @ ... Prefiero utilizar este ejemplo por el tipo de persona que es Milly. Es una persona que puede ser considerada como "políticamente" correcta ya que ella tiene la filosofía de: "yo no molesto para que no me molesten" y está bien, todo en la vida es un constante proceso dónde a ella le tomó un año y medio involucrar a alguien a la colmena, convertirlo en un "abeja". Esta persona es su hermano menor...me encanta este ejemplo porque demuestra el crecimiento que tiene Milly como individuo de #hive. Debemos ser responsables como abejas de la colmena...en este caso ella se encargó de explicar qué es #hive y de colocar a disposición de su hermano qué cosas le han funcionado y qué no...hay un interés y una intención detrás de todo esto. Ella transmitió su bendición a otra persona, espiritualmente es importante. Una vez hecho esto, ella ha asumido con responsabilidad su rol como "protectora", ha orientado a su hermano, explicándole cada una de las cosas que en algún momento le explicaron a ella .

Esto es crecimiento, compartir la bendición, invitar, involucrar a otras personas para que formen parte de la colmena, dedicar tiempo a explicar paso a paso qué puede, debe hacer y que no...este es mi contenido del día de hoy...los invito como compañeros (a) a qué tengamos conciencia de dónde estamos, qué estamos haciendo correctamente, cuáles áreas debemos mejorar...de mi parte, pueden conseguir a una persona dispuesta a escuchar y de conversar como juntos podemos mejorar porque esa es la filosofía si realmente eres una abeja que se encuentra en una colmena...así que te invito a que conversemos en la lonja de comentarios .. Hey guys, welcome everyone once again to #blog content on #hive. I've been a content creator for almost two years now, this facet of my life started brewing at an ideal time and today I want to share it with you. Before I started at #hive I was close to finishing my degree in computer science, I was the leader of my GFP (undergraduate training programme) this is a position within universities that exists for the purpose of being a liaison between students and faculty, besides this.... I already had extensive experience as an assistant to political actors, having been an assistant to Rafael Durán (vice-minister of higher education, science and technology) and worked with Dennis Guedes, vice-rector of the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, commissioner of national security for the ruling party in my country and deputy of the assembly for the state of Portugal.

📹🐝 Where do I come from?🐝📹

All these experiences were very enriching but working with politicians is a very complex environment where many times I had to witness things that did not seem right to me but these people liked to count on me because I know my position in the job, I know how to discern when it is appropriate to have initiative, when not because it can be considered as "taking attributions that do not belong to me" and above all I understood the subjection to the leader, in this case to my employer.

I've had the good fortune that with my 30 years of age to have been in closed social circles, I've been through quite a few situations that when I tell them to @Millyzev, at first he doesn't believe me because of how unbelievable they are. But life 🐝 is a process, today we are in one place and tomorrow we don't know....

In my country the pandemic broke out and this made me redirect my life... I had to stop my university career but also my professional career, life was polishing me like a diamond. In my family we are opponents, but I saw the opportunity to work with these people because of the curriculum growth...obviously my family did not like how involved I was, how I went on tours (trips), thanks to this experience I was able to get to know beautiful corners of my country. But everything changed...they sent us to lock us at home and that's how I came to #hive.... amazing how we turn adversity into an opportunity to grow and prosper in all areas.

🐝What is growth at #hive?🐝

Few people know how privileged we are to have the real possibility to monetize...in traditional networks like tík tok, Youtube, facebook among other networks, we can monetize but this process within #hive, the power of rewards is found in the users through the votes...for me individual growth happens by being aware of the scope of the site where we are, what we do and its meaning How do we grow in #hive? As I said, by being aware...by knowing that our interaction is not just limited to posting and voting .... but by staying informed in the way the hive moves....

In other social networks the "like" is taken lightly because when it is used we only demonstrate that for a period of time, i.e. the moment we enjoy the content which at the same time can be very brief, has presumably made us interested.... in #hive it does not happen in the same way, since our vote has a certain value that has a direct impact on the rewards (acquisition of the #hive token) that translate into money... I am already talking about productivity, man-time, this means the time we dedicate to a task, in this case to create content that in turn makes us earn money. Our comment is a substantial contribution both for the person who is leaving it and for the person to whom it is addressed. A comment is also a sign of support, even if it is a simple "thank you for sharing" because even though it does not express much, nor does it show enough, behind it there is an intention... being aware of this is necessary because in life every contribution should not be considered lightly but very seriously because it is not about "adding for the sake of adding" it is about intellectual enrichment for both parties . ...for the person who leaves the comment is undoubtedly to have receptivity for what we are enjoying and for the one who receives it is translated in support...to reaffirm that the subject that is transmitting fulfilled the intention, to arrive at the wished place.

I return and repeat bees that "contribute for the sake of contributing, or add for the sake of adding" is not the right way to grow in #hive...I always keep in mind a content that at a certain time @danielvehe sent me where it was clear "what is considered as quality content for curation projects" I am not sure but I think this was the title of that content . It can often happen that we forget the essence of #hive.... And that is that to create content "dedication" must be an essential part of this and it manifests itself in all areas of a content creator ..... Many times it happens that we judge a book by its cover and this is very unfair to the creator but at that point both parties have responsibility...both to the people the content is aimed at and to the content creator. But I am going to approach this from the point of view of the creator... "the effort must be shown" this means that even in the way of showing it, in the layout, the effort must be shown to make it visually more pleasant, in computer science it is called "friendliness". Study how to present it, what colours can be used... NOT abuse of the tools but to be in a perfect balance.

🐝But this doesn't only go so far...🐝

This is where I wanted to get to as I have been able to discuss with you on several occasions the above... #Hive is a "collaborative" platform where everyone wins... that is the big difference with centralised platforms... "And I am going to explain this using my wife @Millyzev and her brother @ ... as an example. I prefer to use this example because of the kind of person Milly is. She is a person who can be considered as "politically" correct because she has the philosophy of: "I don't bother you so you don't bother me" and that's fine, everything in life is a constant process where it took her a year and a half to get someone involved in the hive, to turn him into a "bee". This person is her younger brother...I love this example because it shows the growth that Milly has as a #hive individual. We must be responsible as bees in the hive...in this case she took it upon herself to explain what #hive is and to make available to her brother what has worked for him and what hasn't...there is interest and intention behind it all. She passed on her blessing to someone else, spiritually it is important. Once she has done this, she has taken on her role as "protector" with responsibility, she has guided her brother, explaining to him each of the things that were explained to her at some point.

This is growth, sharing the blessing, inviting, involving other people to be part of the hive, taking time to explain step by step what you can, should and should not do...this is my content for today...I invite you as partners to be aware of where we are, what we are doing right, what areas we need to improve. ...from my side, you can get a person willing to listen and to talk about how together we can improve because that is the philosophy if you really are a bee in a hive...so I invite you to talk to me in the comments box.....
