Hola amigos de Street Workout Community y de Hive, hoy les traigo el tercer video de la serie Motivación Calistenia. El proceso de filmación de este video fue bastante divertido y fuera de lo habitual, ya que en esta ocasión no lo filmamos en el parque donde solemos entrenar si no que una parte de las tomas las realizamos en la playa y otras en el parque independencia qué es otro parque de la ciudad de Puerto cabello donde entrenan los atletas del centro de la ciudad. Últimamente me estoy dando cuenta que la calistenia nuevamente esta tomando fuerza en mi ciudad ya que a crecido bastante el número de practicantes en comparación con los últimos años y eso es algo que me alegra mucho ver que el deporte se está dando más a conocer y más gente se está animando a entrenar y cabe destacar que esto no sólo esta sucediendo en mi estado si no en todo el país y me alegra aun más que sea así ya que la Calistenia-Street Workout es un magnífico deporte, qué no sólo mejora tu condición física si no que también transmite buenos valores de vida. Sin más nada que agregar espero disfruten el video, les mando un gran saludo y muchas bendiciones para ustedes, sigamos luchando por alcanzar nuestras metas y con el favor de Dios las lograremos.

Hello friends of Street Workout Community and Hive, today I bring you the third video of the Motivation Calisthenics series. The filming process of this video was quite fun and out of the ordinary, because this time we didn't film it in the park where we usually train but some of the shots were taken on the beach and others in Independence Park which is another park in the city of Puerto Hair where athletes train downtown. Lately I am realizing that calisthenics is gaining strength again in my city since the number of practitioners has grown a lot compared to recent years and that is something that makes me very happy to see that the sport is becoming more known and more people are being encouraged to train and it should be noted that this is not only happening in my state if not throughout the country and I am even more glad that this is so because the Calisthenics-Street Workout is a great sport, which not only improves your physical condition but also transmits good values of life.
