Hola les comparto mi participación a este reto Fitness de esta semana, esta rutina la realice el día de ayer es glúteo y piernas, espero poder ir toda esta semana al gimnasio ya que desde que inicie no eh logrado ir toda una semana, lo máximo que eh logrado son 4 días así que para mi es todo un reto unirme a esta semana Fitness.
Mañana les comparto la rutina que hice hoy, bueno algunos ejercicios porque no es nada fácil grabar mientras entrenas, es toda una odisea en serio pensé que iba hacer mas fácil pero no lo es chicos.
P.D: Siempre hago caritas durante las rutinas de ejercicio todavía no eh logrado controlar esto y mayormente pongo cara de los odio a todo, jajjajaja es algo incontrolable en mi.
Hello I share with you my participation to this Fitness challenge this week, this routine I did yesterday is gluteus and legs, I hope to go all this week to the gym because since I started I have not managed to go a whole week, the most I have achieved are 4 days so for me it is a challenge to join this Fitness week.
Tomorrow I will share with you the routine I did today, well some exercises because it's not easy to record while you train, it's a real odyssey, seriously I thought it would be easier but it's not, guys.
P.S: I always make faces during the workout routines I still haven't managed to control this and mostly I make a hate face to everything, hahahahaha it's something uncontrollable in me.
