¡Hola amigos de Hive y la hermosa comunidad @holos-lotus 💕!

En el mes de agosto tuve el placer de participar como una de las Voces de Bienestar, celebrando el segundo aniversario de la comunidad @holos-lotus. Muy agradecida a @miriannalis por su amable invitación.
Estuve compartiendo acerca de la libertad de elegir, tema que trabajo desde hace muchos años y que tuve la dicha de profundizar con la organización de Stephen Covey.
Decidí hacer un video al respecto, para precisar algunos detalles importantes y para compartirlo con todo Hive.
Existe una palabra que es muy importante para las personas que conocen su significado y me refiero a la palabra libertad. Pero, no todos la utilizan correctamente, por eso he profundizado desde hace muchos años en lo que significa la libertad de elegir. Allí radica el verdadero sentido para darle uso consciente a esa palabra. Creo, práctico y difundo la libertad de elegir.

Hello friends of Hive and the beautiful @holos-lotus community 💕!

In the month of August I had the pleasure of participating as one of the Voices of Wellness, celebrating the second anniversary of the @holos-lotus community. Very grateful to @miriannalis for her kind invitation.
I was sharing about freedom of choice, a topic that I have been working on for many years and that I had the joy of deepening with Stephen Covey's organization.
I decided to make a video about it, to clarify some important details and to share it with all Hive.
There is a word that is very important for people who know its meaning and I am referring to the word freedom. But, not everyone uses it correctly, that is why I have been deepening for many years in what freedom of choice means. Therein lies the true meaning to make conscious use of that word. I believe, practice and spread the freedom to choose.
 I send you a big greeting and, as has been my custom for many years, I send you a hug of well-being.
