Hola qué tal mi gente de Hive y SWC soy David cubillos @cubillos.s-w el día de hoy vengo a compartirles un video donde les explico 6 ejercicios para pectorales cada ejercicio consta de 16 reps.
Está rutina la puedes realizar tanto en tu casa como en el parque o incluso en el gym ya que solamente es de peso corporal con estos 6 ejercicios nos enfocamos en la definición de pectoral.
Aquellos chicos que recién están empezando en el mundo de la calistenia la pueden hacer para fortalecer y empezar a tener unas buenas bases para muchos movimientos como pueden ser estáticos o dinámicos.

You can do this routine both at home and in the park or even in the gym since it is only body weight with these 6 exercises we focus on the definition of the pectoral.
Those guys who are just starting out in the world of calisthenics can do it to strengthen and start to have a good foundation for many movements, such as static or dynamic.
