In the first step it is essential to throw ourselves upwards, since this will guarantee us to have the bar close to us when we make the turn, therefore we will release the bar when it is at the height of the pectorals. In the second step, we would already come working on what is the turn, and for this we will give a kick in the direction where we want to turn, if they are going to turn to the right the kick will be given with the left leg, and if they are going to turn to the left the stop will be with the right leg, explained already this, they will start turning 180⁰, then they will begin to turn with more force so that they reach 290⁰ and finally to 360⁰. The third step would be to look to touch the bar, but that yes, touching it with the palms of the hands and not with the fingertips. And the fourth and last step is to grab the bar, even though it sounds simple, it takes time, in my case it was the step that took me the most time.
