Hace ya varias semanas se me pasaba por la mente practicar mortales en el suelo, bueno de hecho como hace un año yo tenia dominado el frontflip que es el mortal hacia adelante en suelo, pero deje de practicarlo porque en aquel tiempo me concentraba más en sacar trucos dinámicos y estáticos y nunca apartaba tiempo para practicar mortales en el suelo, pero en este entreno decidà practicarla y recuperarla porque he visto en competencias de calistenia hay atletas que hacen este tipo de trucos, asà que por fin me decidà a retomar estos trucos con mis compañeros.
Several weeks ago I was thinking about practicing the ground deadlift, well in fact about a year ago I had mastered the frontflip which is the deadlift forward on the ground, but I stopped practicing it because at that time I concentrated more on taking dynamic and static tricks and never set aside time to practice ground deadlifts, but in this training I decided to practice it and recover it because I have seen in calisthenics competitions there are athletes who do this kind of tricks, so I finally decided to take up these tricks with my teammates.
