    Saludos Amigos de #Hive y de #SWC, Hoy les comparto una rutina de ejercicios que he utilizado par obtener plancha, me ha servido de mucho y quise compartir con ustedes.

    Greetings Friends of #Hive and #SWC, Today I share with you an exercise routine that I have used to obtain plancha, it has served me well and I wanted to share with you.


    Los primeros tres ejercicios son las linsh planche, las hice en tres variaciones: prono, diamante y maltes, esto es para ir trabajando esas distintas variaciones de plancha. En el cuarto ejercicio agregue las flexiones de antebrazo porque es necesario tener esta zona fortalecida porque pasa mucho que muchos atletas a la hora de sacar plancha siempre doblan los codos, y agregu茅 este ejercicio par prevenir eso. En el quinto ejercicio agregu茅 las dominadas en picas, que es como una simulaci贸n del pino en push up, solo que apoy谩ndonos con los pies. Y el sexto y ultimo ejercicio, las linsh planche en push up en barra paralela alta, yo la recomiendo en unas paralelas altas para poder bajar m谩s y estimular m谩s el musculo, pero este ejercicio no solo trabaja los hombros sino que tambi茅n ayuda a la flexibilidad de las mu帽ecas ya que al realizar planchas las mu帽ecas siempre deben por de bajo de la cadera par mantener el equilibrio del cuerpo.

    The first three exercises are the linsh planche, I did them in three variations: prone, diamond and maltese, this is to work those different variations of planche. In the fourth exercise I added the forearm flexions because it is necessary to have this area strengthened because it happens a lot that many athletes always bend their elbows when doing the planche, and I added this exercise to prevent that. In the fifth exercise I added the pull-ups on pikes, which is like a simulation of the push-up pike, only with the support of the feet. And the sixth and last exercise, the linsh planche in push up in high parallel bar, I recommend it in a high parallel to be able to lower more and stimulate more muscle, but this exercise not only works the shoulders but also helps the flexibility of the wrists because when performing planches the wrists should always below the hip to maintain the balance of the body.
