Hábitos y Rutinas Con Mis Hijos.

Saludos, comunidad de @motherhood hoy comparto con ustedes la semana #16 del daily challengue para conversar sobre las rutinas con mis hijos.

La rutina es un elemento primordial para instaurar o propiciar hábitos en nuestros hijos es importante demostrar al niño que todas las actividades que hacemos a diario esto ayudará al niño a obtener autonomía seguridad y organizar el tiempo.

Es importante mencionarles que al momento de incorporar rutinas debemos:

• Debe haber coherencia entre lo que se dice y hace.
• saber escuchar e incorporar actividades de interés para el niño.
• Se debe potenciar : alimentación, higiene, estudio y recreación.
• Anticipar los cambios en la rutina.

Es importante saber que las rutinas permiten crear un orden mental en el niño como madre he incorporado la rutina a través de un tablero dónde están las horas y las actividades a realizar, claro está que en ocasiones algunas actividades se cambian ya sea por que realizamos otras o no estamos en el hogar propiciando así la flexibilidad que toda rutina debe tener para la armonía.

Además trato de no forzar los tiempos es decir no me fijo en el reloj sino en los alcances que vamos obteniendo de acuerdo a las actividades. Este elemento ha sido vital durante mi experiencia, ya que incorporar la rutina en mis hijos ha sido difícil por muchas situaciones entre ellas el tiempo pero no me he rendido y he comenzado mil veces de cero, al principio comencé con rutinas basadas en sistema de fichas, pero luego entendí que era un error porque los estaba dogmatizando, por lo cual elimine las premiaciones y empece con conversatorios para que ellos asimilaran la rutina como una responsabilidad y hasta ahora me ha resultado.

Routine is an essential element to establish or encourage habits in our children, it is important to show the child that all the activities we do every day will help the child to gain autonomy, security and organize time.

It is important to mention that when incorporating routines, we must: There must be consistency between what is said and done.

• Know how to listen and incorporate activities of interest to the child.
• We must promote: feeding, hygiene, study and recreation.
• Anticipate changes in the routine.

It is important to know that routines allow us to create a mental order in the child as a mother I have incorporated the routine through a board where the times and activities to do are, of course, that sometimes some activities are changed either because we do others or we are not at home thus promoting the flexibility that any routine should have for harmony.

I also try not to force the times, that is to say, I don't look at the clock but at the achievements that we obtain according to the activities.This element has been vital during my experience, since incorporating the routine in my children has been difficult for many situations including time but I have not given up and I have started a thousand times from scratch, at first I started with routines based on tokens system, but then I understood that it was a mistake because I was dogmatizing them, so I eliminated the awards and started with discussions for them to assimilate the routine as a responsibility and so far it has worked for me.
