Rutina de cardio en casa, 0 excusas ¡A entrenar!

    Saludos a todos mis queridos Hivers, cuánto tiempo, casi una semana entera sin pasar por aquí y todo por culpa de mi internet (Venezuela y sus cosas jaja) pero ya estamos de vuelta con la mejor energía y con muchísimos retos para este mes. He comenzado a incorporar nuevamente el entrenamiento en casa a mi rutina de vida, comencé la semana pasada con algunas rutinas de cardio en casa y un reto de abdominales de 22 días, también trato en la medida de lo posible de caminar si tengo que salir a hacer algo, la vida del estudiante/ trabajador en casa nos pone muy sedentarios y básicamente mi única actividad física estaba siendo mi entrenamiento de telas que son 2 horas a la semana.

    Greetings to all my dear Hivers, it's been a long time, almost a whole week without stopping by here and all because of my internet (Venezuela and its things haha) but we are back with the best energy and with lots of challenges for this month. I have started to incorporate again home training to my life routine, I started last week with some cardio routines at home and a 22 day abs challenge, I also try as much as possible to walk if I have to go out to do something, the student/worker life at home makes us very sedentary and basically my only physical activity was being my fabric training which is 2 hours a week.

    Esta es una rutina cero excusas porque no necesitamos ningún equipamiento ni un espacio muy amplio, sólo un cronómetro y muchísimas ganas de hacerlo. Esta serie de 5 ejercicios de repite 3 veces, si sienten que su cuerpo no trabajó lo suficiente o no quedaron con la lengua afuera la pueden repetir un par de veces más jaja. Luego está genial incorporar alguna rutina de abdominales, trabajo de piernas o brazos (todo en casa, ojo) y un estiramiento. Por lo general así he estado haciéndolo, es 1 hora de mi día dedicada a esto, lo cuál no es tanto y me ayuda a relajarme mucho. Espero les guste

    This is a zero excuses routine because we don't need any equipment or a large space, just a stopwatch and a lot of desire to do it. This series of 5 exercises can be repeated 3 times, if you feel that your body didn't work enough or you didn't get tongue out you can repeat it a couple more times haha. Then it's great to incorporate some ab work, leg or arm work (all at home, mind you) and stretching. I've usually been doing it this way, it's 1 hour of my day dedicated to this, which is not that much and helps me to relax a lot. I hope you like it
