Greetings to all my dear Hivers, it's been a long time, almost a whole week without stopping by here and all because of my internet (Venezuela and its things haha) but we are back with the best energy and with lots of challenges for this month. I have started to incorporate again home training to my life routine, I started last week with some cardio routines at home and a 22 day abs challenge, I also try as much as possible to walk if I have to go out to do something, the student/worker life at home makes us very sedentary and basically my only physical activity was being my fabric training which is 2 hours a week.
This is a zero excuses routine because we don't need any equipment or a large space, just a stopwatch and a lot of desire to do it. This series of 5 exercises can be repeated 3 times, if you feel that your body didn't work enough or you didn't get tongue out you can repeat it a couple more times haha. Then it's great to incorporate some ab work, leg or arm work (all at home, mind you) and stretching. I've usually been doing it this way, it's 1 hour of my day dedicated to this, which is not that much and helps me to relax a lot. I hope you like it
