Por aquí con una corta historia...ustedes queridos lectores se imaginan comenzar un viernes (el día de la semana que mas me gusta) e irse a la montaña en bicicleta y ver como la oscuridad cede el paso a los primeros rayos del sol, escuchar el canto de los pájaros, sentir el frío, el cansancio de subir la empinada montaña, avanzar y encontrar cascadas de agua helada rodeadas de espesa vegetación con flores de diferentes colores, familias de bambú que adornan la carretera, además con excelentes compañeros? como creen ustedes que será este día?

Bueno...este viernes (y los días que entreno) no solo sentí lo que mencioné anteriormente, sino que el premio mayor se lo llevó mi cuerpo vibrando con la adrenalina a millón al bajar la carretera de montaña que conduce al pueblo de Choroni en las costas Aragueñas de mi bello pais Venezuela. Créanme que me quedo corta de lo que se siente cuando se viven experiencias tan intensas como estas. Quienes amamos el ciclismo y la naturaleza es la combinación perfecta para estar contentos...dice un dicho: Quien es feliz no jode...pregúntenle a mi esposo...

Well... this Friday (and the days I train) I not only felt what I mentioned above, but the biggest prize was my body vibrating with adrenaline to a million as I went down the mountain road that leads to the town of Choroni in the Arague coast of my beautiful country Venezuela. Believe me, I can't tell you enough what it feels like to live such intense experiences like these. Those who love cycling and nature is the perfect combination to be happy...there is a saying: Who is happy does not fuck...ask my husband....
