Una secuencia elegante que hace brillar las cualidades físicas de quien la realice. ¡Espero la disfruten!
Today I want to share with you a sequence, that despite the fact that it doesn't formally has a name, my teachers and I decided to call it "Attack" for the speed and strength that requires to be able to completely perform it.
