100 reps for arms dedicated to Steemmatt

I dedicate this workout video to my friend @steemmatt, who's currently infected by the coronavirus. Matt is first person I established some personal relationship with through Steem way back in 2018, and in that period, I've learnt alot from his determination, and resilience that I apply in my life today.

He use to host the 100 rep challenge where participants basically had to do a cummulative of 100 reps of any exercises. I decided to honour him by making a vidoe of myself doing 100 reps of pushups and 100 reps of different curls with my dumbbell I call Bilbo
