Next Sunday, October 15th, I will have the opportunity to present my band FRECUENCIA SUBLIME, for the first time this year (2023). To be honest I am very excited but, at the same time I have mixed feelings.

I think that in a way, as a musician, I have dreamed and worked more than what I have received or lived as experience in the scene (and I have come a long way). This has marked in me a line of division between those who are and those who are not. Many people claim to be friends and really are the enemies.

In the last few years and thanks to the experience of dealing with many people, I have become aware of people close to me who claim to be supportive and treat me as if they were friends and really are negative people who, deep down, only want to see me lose or fail. What comforts me is that I always come out with success and I leave them wanting to see me fall. A few months ago, I had a discussion with an event producer from Caracas, who told me that he was going to silence my band because he was interested in showing his "brands" and to be serious, I think he sees us as a competition that surpasses him.

To all of them I say, I DON'T CARE IF YOU SUPPORT ME OR NOT. If I have learned anything in this life is that I don't depend on anyone to accomplish or reach the top of all the mountains I climb.

I only walk for the mission/purpose that life gave me. TO DO GOOD.

As I said at the beginning of this publication, next Sunday October 15th we will be playing at Sabroso Rest, former Quinta bar. We will premiere all our songs, with the best line-up the band has ever had. Also, we will be sharing with friendly bands such as Jarcy and Yantra (in which I am also bass player).

The event is in support of the foundation Sembrando amor animal, which organized a day of pet adoption. Facing a problem that as time goes by, is getting bigger and bigger: animals in a state of abandonment taking over the streets. And to be honest it is something that can be seen in any corner of the city.

Certainly, some people will tell me: But there are also people in a state of destitution, why don't you do something to help them? and my answer is: For that they have a government that must answer for them. I do not have the power to be able to give these individuals a house of rehabilitation and re-education, although I would like to. But yes, I can help a person find a pet that will accompany him and give him love without expecting anything in return. Maybe it is not much, but it is SOMETHING....

This world needs hands that add up, that support and that do good things. We need to purge ourselves of evil, of the damned Egoism and of everything that separates our realities.

It should be noted that, as a charity event, we will not be charging tickets (the bands give their art to help), but if anyone likes, you can make donations: food, medicine or some economic contribution to help us move forward in our purpose, but it is not something imposed.

El próximo domingo 15 de Octubre, tendré la oportunidad de presentar a mi banda FRECUENCIA SUBLIME, por primera vez en este año (2023). Para ser honesto estoy muy emocionado pero, a la vez tengo sentimientos encontrados.

Creo que en cierta forma, como músico, he soñado y trabajado mas de lo que he recibido o vivido como experiencia en la escena (y vaya que tengo camino recorrido). Esto ha marcado en mi una línea de división entre, los que son y los que no son. Mucha gente dice ser amigo y realmente son los enemigos.

En los últimos años y gracias a la experiencia de tratar con muchas personas, me he dado cuenta de personas cercanas que dicen apoyarme y me tratan como si fuesen amistades y realmente son personas negativas que en el fondo, solo desean verme perder o fallar. Lo que me reconforta es que, siempre salgo con éxito y los dejo con las ganas de verme caer. Hace unos meses, tuve una discusión con un productor de eventos de Caracas, el cual me dijo que iba a silenciar a mi banda porque a el le interesaba mostrar sus "marcas" y para serles serio, creo que nos ve como una competencia que lo supera.

A todos ellos les digo, NO ME IMPORTA SI ME APOYAS O NO. Si algo he aprendido en esta vida es que no dependo de nadie para realizar o llegar a la cima de todas las montañas que voy escalando. Solo camino en pro de la misión/propósito que la vida me dio. HACER EL BIEN.

Como les decía al comienzo de esta publicación, El próximo domingo 15 de Octubre estaremos tocando en Sabroso Rest, antiguo Quinta bar. Estrenaremos todos nuestros temas, con la mejor formación que ha tenido la banda. También, estaremos compartiendo con bandas amigas como son Jarcy Y Yantra (en la cual también soy bajista).

El evento es en apoyo a la fundación Sembrando amor animal, la cual organizo una jornada de adopción de mascotas. Haciendo frente a una problemática que a medida de que avanza el tiempo, se va haciendo mas grande: Animales en estado de abandono apoderándose de las calles. Y para ser honesto es algo que se puede ver en cualquier rincón de la ciudad.

Ciertamente, algunas personas me dirán: Pero también hay personas en estado de indigencia, porque no hacen algo para ayudarlos a ellos? y mi respuesta es: Para eso tienen un gobierno que debe responder por ellos. Yo no poseo el poder como para poder darle una casa de rehabilitación y de reeducación a estos individuos, aunque me gustaría. Pero si, puedo ayudar a una persona a encontrarse con una mascota que lo acompañará y le dará amor sin esperar nada a cambio. Quizás no es mucho, pero es ALGO...

Este mundo necesita manos que sumen, que apoyen y que hagan cosas de bien. Necesitamos depurarnos de la maldad, del maldito Yoísmo y de todo lo que separa nuestras realidades.

Cabe destacar que, como evento benéfico, no estaremos cobrando entradas (las bandas entregan su arte en pro de ayudar), pero si alguien gusta, puede hacer donaciones: alimentos, medicina o algún aporte económico que nos ayude a seguir avanzando en nuestro propósito, pero no es algo impuesto.
