    Te explico el tema, todos tenemos músculos abdominales, el tema es que delante de los músculos hay una grasa acumulada que recubre los músculos y por ende no se ven, pero y aquí es dónde viene la mentira, NO IMPORTA SI HACES 10,000 ABDOMINALES diarios, no se van a marcar hasta que tu porcentaje de grasa se reduzca y para eso tienes que hacer un DEFICIT CALORICO con alimentación balanceada, siguiendo un plan personalizado, asi que no caigas más en esto, la rutina es genial, pero sin una alimentación balanceada en deficit olvidate del sixpack 🤯
