Este Domingo 12 de Marzo del año 2023, se jugó la jornada seis de la primera división del Fútbol Profesional Venezolano, en donde UCV Fútbol Club recibió la visita del Monagas Sport Club a partir de las 3:00 de la tarde (hora venezolana), en el Estadio Olímpico de la UCV.
De igual modo, el conjunto Ucevista llegaba a este duelo vital tras perder 2-0 contra Mineros de Guayana. Mientras tanto, lo de Maturín, derrotaron a Club Deportivo Hermanos Colmenárez por 2-1.
Asimismo, todo pintaba para que este compromiso sea dominado por la visita, sobre todo por los jugadores que tiene en la plantilla.
