Hola, buenas tardes a todos. Esta semana tuve la oportunidad de asistir y participar por primera vez en un evento de baile que se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de El Tigre, y lo quiero compartir con todos.

El evento llevaba por nombre “Neón Fit Class”, y contó con la participación de varias instructoras de baile de la ciudad. Entre las categorías que nos ofrecieron en esta gran clase se encontraba la samba, el zumba, el aerobic, el yoga fuerte, la salsa, el merengue, la gaita y el reggaetón… realmente fue una bailoterapia muy activa que duró aproximadamente 4 horas.

Nuestro equipo del gimnasio “Baticueva Funcional” fue uno de los que abrieron el evento para calentar los músculos, y a la hora de iniciar el evento se hizo presente un aguacero de “padre y señor mío”, y aun así las participantes y todo el grupo de baile siguió la fiesta. Incluso muchos bailaron bajo la lluvia.

¿Por qué Neón? Creo que se puede notar en la multitud. Los colores neón fueron los protagonistas de la noche, el verde, el amarillo, el fucsia, el naranja y el azul de tonos fosforescentes resaltaban en todos los presentes, y hacía brillar más el evento. Como pueden notar, no nos perdíamos en la oscuridad, por ahí hay una imagen de mi mano con mi pulsera neón que en la oscuridad es lo único que se destaca, jajaja.

Les confieso que me divertí muchísimo, bailé hasta quedar agotada, y realmente admiro a estas mujeres porque aguantaron más de 3 horas de baile sin interrupción, son unas duras, y que ritmo y sabor poseen en sus venas. Nos dieron una gran demostración de baile, una clase bien completa, y ya nos avisaron cuándo es la próxima. Espero no perdérmela. La bailoterapia no sólo nos aleja el stress, sino que nos tonifica las curvas, es cuestión de constancia.

Hello good afternoon to everyone. This week I had the opportunity to attend and participate for the first time in a dance event that took place in the city of El Tigre, and I want to share it with everyone.

Among the categories offered to us in this great class were samba, zumba, aerobics, strong yoga, salsa, merengue, bagpipes and reggaeton... it really was a very active dance therapy that lasted approximately 4 hours.

Our “Functional Batcave” gym team was one of those who opened the event to warm up their muscles, and at the start of the event there was a downpour of “my father and lord”, and even so, the participants and the entire group dance followed the party. Many even danced in the rain.

Why Neon? I think you can tell in the crowd. The neon colors were the protagonists of the night, green, yellow, fuchsia, orange and blue of phosphorescent tones stood out in all those present, and made the event shine more. As you can see, we didn't get lost in the dark, there is an image of my hand with my neon bracelet that in the dark is the only thing that stands out, hahaha.

I confess that I had a lot of fun, I danced until I was exhausted, and I really admire these women because they endured more than 3 hours of dancing without interruption, they are tough, and what rhythm and flavor they have in their veins. They gave us a great dance demonstration, a very complete class, and they already told us when the next one is. I hope I don't miss it. Dance therapy not only takes away stress, but also tones our curves, it is a matter of perseverance.
