😄Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, en el día de hoy vengo a traerles un post muy bueno, este tratara sobre "Realizando Ejercicios De Actividad Física Para Un Mejor Rendimiento".🤩

😄Hello how are my dear friends of hive and swc, today I come to bring you a very good post, this will be about "Performing Physical Activity Exercises For Better Performance".

En este día relice unos ejercicios de actividad física con unos amigos que entrenan conmigo en el parque y también también mi hermano menor. Tengo un amigo que es un entrenador de fútbol y actualmente tiene una academia y la verdad el sabe mucho sobre buenos ejercicios de actividad física, y esta es la segunda vez que realizo este entrenamiento con el.🔥❤🍃

On this day I did some physical activity exercises with some friends who train with me in the park and also my younger brother. I have a friend who is a soccer coach and currently has an academy and the truth he knows a lot about good physical activity exercises, and this is the second time I do this workout with him.🔥❤🍃

Yo actualmente estoy entrenando estos ejercicios para así poder tener un mejor desempeño en mis días de freestyle, ya que estos ejercicios me ayudan mucho para tener mejor resistencia y mayor movilidad en mi parte inferior de mi cuerpo, osea las piernas. También estoy entrenando a un amigo y mi hermano que ya lleva un buen desempeño en los entrenamientos el cual va por bien camino y se está adaptando muy bien a estos ejercicios, y el amigo mio que es el que tiene el mono gris va muy bien pero aun falta mejorar algunos aspectos en estos ejercicios, y yo le dije que a pasar los días va a mejorar mucho en estos ejercicios ❤🔥📈

I am currently training these exercises so I can have a better performance in my freestyle days, as these exercises help me a lot to have better resistance and greater mobility in my lower body, ie my legs. I am also training a friend and my brother who already has a good performance in training which is going well and is adapting very well to these exercises, and my friend who is the one who has the gray jumpsuit is doing very well but still needs to improve some aspects in these exercises, and I told him that as the days go by he will improve a lot in these exercises ❤🔥📈
